This is how you want all clothing stores to be; in quality, delivery and especially customer service.
I bought a top that was way too small - it was beautifully made, super affordable but didn’t fit. I contacted them on how to return it and the next day they got back to me with the details and were very clear about contacting them again with any other issues. I had another question and again the next day they got back to me!!! I went on to buy 2 other items - their products are exactly as the photos portray them to be!!!!

Thank you for refunding my order despite of a misunderstanding at the beginning. After a few hours I had canceled my order because of a sudden financial, private issue. Instead of responding my email, the order had been shipped anyway. After a couple of mails with different people from the customer service, they completely refunded my purchase on paypal, although I had received the ordered clothes. I proposed to send the order back, willing to get information about shipping prizes to China at the post office: As commense had told me in before-hand, the costs of my purchase were close to the shipping costs,so there was no reason.. . The customer service was very cooperative & generous and decided on refunding the whole prize without returning it by the postal service. Thank you again!!!!!

I loved the pieces I ordered. Especially the Boho 2 piece pant set. I'm 5'11 and it's so hard to find long pants and they fit perfect! I got so many compliments when I wore it. Also customer service responds quickly as I had some questions about my order. I'll definitely be getting more pieces.

I found this clothing company by chance,but so far everything i have purchased has been really nicely made,I love that, because your never sure when you order what your gonna get when it comes recently I had a size issue,with an item I ordered, they responded right away and was very efficient with the resolution I am really happy and will purchased again..I was not paid for this

Faster service, good quality!

I am going to give it 3 stars because I could not enjoy my order since the shipping company never delivered it to me, but the customer service was good and fast, even though I had to go through a month without getting my order, the customer service refunded my money, I was sad because I wanted to have my order, but I think I will try to order once more to see if I have a better experience this time and thus be able to review the clothes

I was pleased with the quality of most of the my items, But I ordered the wrong sizes on a few items as it was my first order at Commense. Their customer service was fast and easily to work with. They made it super easy to order again. Super happy!

The quality of these clothes is absolutely the worst and cheapest o have ever seen. The sizing also runs huge. I asked for a return and they first offered to keep everything and get 100% store credit. Then they offered to keep everything and get half your money back. I had to keep pressing to eventually get a refund minus 15 return fee to ship back to china. Save your money and shop elsewhere. These are the worst quality clothing I have ever seen: the only thing causing me to give the second star was that they did finally refund the money minus the 15 shipping fee as soon as I emailed them the tracking slip from USPS.

Great customer service. Overall, I think the sizing on the site runs a little small. I ordered something that was to small and they allowed me to keep the small set and order my true size.

Ordered two items from them for the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect. The quality was good, but the dress didn’t fit my daughter well. I reached out to customer service & they responded within same day and ended up offering a store credit for item. Based on my experience, I would recommend them.

I ordered a linen like set for the summer and order a smaller size, the quality was amazing and looked exactly like the pictures, but unfortunately it didn’t fit me. I reached the customer support team and they responded promptly. I wanted to return my order and the Commense team offered me to keep my items and a 100% refund in credits for the app. I’m very grateful and satisfied. I will be ordering again for sure.
