I felt the ordering system very difficult. I ordered just 4 cameras and ended up with extended warranty which wasn't ordered and 2 extra cameras again I didn't order. I expected to pay £89.00 but ended up having over £240 taken out of my account. So the difference between what the cost expected and paid was a great difference it did cause some hardship at that time. I would like a refund for the products not ordered.

The pest repeller gave the impression that mice would react to the “frequency” and stay away from the property. We were optimistic that the device would work. When it arrived it was very light in weight but looked good. We plugged it into the wall immediately over the area where they have been coming into the house but it has not made any difference and we have still had mice entering the property.

I was just looking at item they sell called syn gas online, next thing I know, I get an email thanking me for my 150.00 order, for 2 syn gas modules ,a tire pressure monitor, and a radar detector which I never authorized. Called pay pal , no help, called synchrony bank to stop payment no luck. So emailed seller within 2 hours, they emailed back saying to late already shipped ,don't believe that it was Sunday also Mother day. Told if don't want it to send it back, but am sure that would be at my expense . I recommend that if you see their products online ,don't look at them or you could face the same dilemma

Well my experience isn’t over yet! But I appreciate the prompt responses, even if they’re automatically generated. I found the website ordering experience frustrating and confusing, which is why I think I mistakenly over-ordered. This sort of thing always makes me suspicious but if I’m able to return the excess goods and get a prompt refund I am prepared to leave a positive review.
