THIS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET INSURANCE COMPLETED FOR TWO WEEKS . ONE OF THEIR AGENTS FROM ELEVATIONS BY THE NAME OF HARRY TIBIYAN TOOK 1922.00 FROM ME AND NEVER GAVE ME MY INSURANCE CARD. I CONTACT THE TRUCKING COM TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON BECAUSE HARRY NEVER CALLED BACK. I SPOKE WITH EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE OF THE TRUCKING COMPANY ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THEY WERE SORRY AND THEY WILL HAVE HIM CALL AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I ALSO ASKED THAT THE MANAGER STEPHANIE CALLED ME AND OF COURSE THAT NEVER EVER HAPPENED. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. EVERYONE HAS DROPPED THE BALL AND THERE NOT TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.. I WILL ALSO VOICE MY EXPERIENCE ON YELP AS WELL

This insurance Company/Portal made shopping for my Truck insurance a breeze! All I had to do was choose the Best Agent after giving my information and they did all of the "Shopping". If you're not happy with an agent you just let Commercial T.I. know and the take care of it and put you with another one. They made Truck insurance shopping so easy. I am very pleased and they walk you through the whole procedure.

I never write reviews, but the process of getting commercial insurance was kind of a nightmare until I came across the website for CTIHQ. Honestly, so easy and the operators were always cheerful and had some fantastic insight into the information I was being given by the various agents. Natalie in particular was always wonderful and really encouraging, always made my day a little better when she would call to check in! I ultimately got the best rate I could right from the first company I was put in touch with, although I was given the option to talk to 11 agents overall. I tried hunting on my own and I didn't get anywhere as good a rate as I was given with the help of CTIHQ. Such a great tool and made my experience a little less grueling in the end. Thank you!

These folks were fantastic! I've been in the auto industry for 20 years and appreciate good customer service, which this company offers plenty of. The ladies I spoke with were courteous, professional, and very responsive. I also really appreciated the follow-up to make sure everything was going well with the agent I ended up working with... definitely a nice touch!
