When agents need a draw against future earnings, I wouldn't trust any other company other than Commission Express. They are fast, they know how to do their job, and they don't judge. As agents, sometimes business causes unforseen circumstances, and if that happens, this is the place to go.

A resource every Realtor needs in their pocket
Roy and Blake are the best! They have saved me more than once. I’ve been able to put money down on investments that I was going to purchase and make my money work for me when I needed it and didn’t have enough that month but knew that I had something coming in. I have a great relationship with these guys and I plan to continue it. I recommend them to any Realtor as a resource to access our hard earned money when we need it.

PPC REVIEW
I have been doing commission advances with the company for years and they are great!! The response time is same day as application and funds in your account the next day. There have been a couple times where the file I was using for advance didn't close however, we would use the next file and there was no pressures with getting an extension. You just have to keep them im the loop. They have really come through for me in some very tight situations, the low fees are unbelievable and I recommend them to anyone.
