Returned 2 x sets of ceiling speakers…
Returned 2 x sets of ceiling speakers as they were too big. I carefully opened 1 box to see the hole size I needed. When I started cutting the ceiling the joist was in the way so needed a smaller size. I carefully repackaged apologised for the inconvenience and send them back. I received £47.07 from a £109.98 order. I complained to ebay and I was told the box was ripped and the grills were missing which is simply untrue. This company is dishonest avoid.

We carefully inspect all returns to ensure the quality of returned items and share the inspection outcomes with Ebay. The item has failed the return inspection due to the packaging had been torn and the fact the grills were missing. These speakers cannot be resold as they no longer meet the high standard our customers expect. In accordance with our policy and following the Ebay guidelines a partial refund has been issued. We strive to provide clear return guidelines, and we regret that this situation was unsatisfactory for you.

I paid for next day delivery and had to chase up the order, it came 3 days later! Very disappointing, I called & was told I would get a call back but that never happened either

speaker stands very poor quality
Although these stands look great the quality is poor they don't tighten properly and as soon as an weight goes on them they move .very dissapointed but I will modify them so they can be used would not buy again.
