You have a terrible system for online purchases. Yesterday I paid £24 for a company report but did not receive it. Instead, you sent me an email with a button "Verify me" that did not work but dumped me on a "Page not found" error. A similar thing happened when I clicked an alternative link on the email. Furthermore, you have not got back to me although you promised to do so more than 24 hours ago.

First time I have use Company Check, found it easy to navigate through there system and find the relevant information required.

In-depth report turned out to be almost the same as the free one. No current financial info. If you think its similar to a personal credit check level of details, think again. Paid 60 to regret. Simply rhubarb.

The information available only went up to 2019 - Disappointing

I didn't get enough information and certainly no report. The friend who recommended this used it in business and she got a full report, she now feels bad for recommending you. For £20 I got very basic information that I could have guessed at. No in depth report at all, I felt a waste of my £20.00.

Emailed twice to request cancellation – no repsonse.

This company has just taken money from my account and I have had no dealings with them. Who are they and why are they taking my money? Can’t find a telephone number to call them on which is the most irritating thing ever. Conmen/scammers. Avoid by all costs.

Very disappointed, we have paid the amount for the Comprehensive Company report. Your invoice no: INV009696, Our order number: TCCODR009696, couldn’t share any Company Reports. Very poor service, they don’t have customer care contact number. Do not trust this company.

Dear sirs, I pay one report, you send me the invoice PT1057, but I coud´nt receive the report, becouse the sistem reports an error when I try to confirm.
Please, send me the report for my mail.

Well I paid the £24 fee 2 days ago and still haven’t received the report. I also noticed the payment has been taken twice. Thank you for your good service and thank you for charging me twice.

Can’t get the lite version, subscribed yesterday for 5 company access but needed access for another 5 it’s pushing me to buy the £200 option not helpful

Suggest to include risk alert in the report. Thankfully, the response is good after question raised up.

Essential requirement missing. Unable to download results of paid report for a permanent record and to circulate.

The company tried but failed to supply the request for details of judgment against our company but did revert quickly with basic answers to our question. Probably not worth the charge of £24.00 but certainly worth a try.

good service, bit helpfull

Very disappointed, I used this website to check a ccj against my company and paid £24, and all I got is my tax returns accounts which I can access for free via the company house. Scam!

No phone number to call or anything

It was straight forward to get the information but when I got it, it wasnt as up to date as it could have been and the info I needed wasnt on there
