seems I wasted my time putting all the details in the web page to get a talk to a bot ? no online quotes for me to go through at my leisure, I want to compare apples to apples and thats easier seeing what is offered,'ll go elsewhere, I guess I'll get a thousand phone calls now pestering me ? great......NOT.

Good result ... you obtained a better price for my power usage. The sales consultant was quite brusque: she asked if I had a couple of minutes ... when I said I was at work but could talk, she reiterated it would take a couple of minutes. I will emphasise that it was the 2nd time speaking to this consultant and she had been brusque on the first encounter - when she called the 2nd time I almost chose to not engage but then remembered I was actually likely to benefit from the outcome. My reason for saying this is because I found her attitude abrasive: not enough to hang up but enough for that option to be in my mind when she asked me same questions Id already answered (no they were not all review questions). I told her I was at work so the TWO MINUTES (which I expected to be 10-15 at worst) turned into 30+ with a follow up call. All I can say is I refused to do internet, gas or life insurance because I dont have a day to speak with you.

Response was quick and informative.
Staff member was very pleasant and personable.
Worker who called me back for follow up satisfaction was less personable, sounded rushed, impatient.

The lady was well informed and managed the changeover very effectively.

Very helpful guy, only problem, it turns out AGL have the wrong supply address. Not sure how that could happen, hopeful it can be fixed
