Alex was easy to speak to understanding and very helpful

The fellow on the phone seemed very helpful,& so far it appears that moving to powershop will help to keep my bill lower. But only time will tell if he was being honest or not, Over the years unfortunately i have learnt to be sceptical. So after a few bills i will know the real results.

People very knowledgeable and courteous

You really need to synchronise what you and the service providers are doing. In the past week I got revisions to my health cover with Bupa and switched my internet from Origin to Flip. In both cases I was assured that it’s all done, nothing more for me to do. But then I got emails from Bupa asking if I want to change my cover and Flip, requesting my AVC number for the internet. I don’t know if anything has actually changed, as per the quotes.
