The Compare Club staffer was efficient and helpful, she knows exactly questions to ask, and information to provide when I ask. I am impressed the service is very speedy making changing suppliers/service companies so easy and quick for me.

'Will' was easy to talk to and understand.

Salesman kept on saying the obvious. But we did receive a good product.

Customer Service was key. I was after a pretty generic product from a range of providers, and it came down to the quality of care provided by the agent. I initially went with price with my super provider, however after getting the run-around went back to Jo who was super supportive and very very helpful.

After a long search to find a lender to provide a reverse mortgage. Wasn’t till Bobby and April found a provider (Heartland)
My situation was I needed as much as possible to pay out my partners share in my house, a very stressful time, Bobby in particular was there for me having understanding and empathy for my situation
Even helping me with all this whilst my partner kept changing things making it a long process but he helped and reassured me all the way relieving much of the anxiety
In the end we ended up getting a lot more that I expected, giving me money left in my bank and paying out my ex fully
So now looking forward to my starting this new chapter free and clear

But I decided to go to another supplier in cool off period .

Whilst at face value it appeared that changing from Alinta to AGL would save me money over the 12 month period, what I have since discovered is that Alinta had already published rates changes that are to become effective on 1 July.
Significantly, the Off-Peak rate drops from 29.766c down to 6.985c with Alinta whilst Compare suggested that I would be getting a saving when the new rate from AGL would be 22.59c.
I find it difficult to believe that Compare would not have know that a new rate structure was about to be implemented by AGL.
I will not be so trusting of Compare in the future. Perhaps the public face of the organisation should be offering an apology.

A few questions and the right product for me was found at a much cheaper rate, accepted the offer of gas and electricity review and saved even more. The experience was quick, easy and they did everything for me, very happy.

I now have membership with two Health funds and no acknowledgement from Bupa that it has been cancelled.

Good experience, recommend.

Explained all the prices and was honest when they could not better my health fund i was already on.

Helpful people, who made sure that I was fully informed and understood all the intricacies of the offers involved. Saved me heaps on electricity and health insurance AGAIN!!@

My electricity bill has doubled. No feed in tariff and I was promised savings. Not happy about the change.

It was ok. Getting too many messages

got a good amount of savings on my medical insurance cover .
The staff especially Danny was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions and helped to make it a smooth experence,
On a similar note, David Southwell would be recommended for his help on optimizing my utilities bill.

Very friendly and very good at her job and the plan worked out I accepted and very happy indeed.

I was lied to by Compare Club as they do not compare all companies just the one's they're paid to sign you up with. Avoid this group or you will be scammed just as l have been.

It was easy and quick I spoke with people that were Australian or their accent was very clear. I was able to find other options that were much cheaper and everybody was very patient and helpful on the phone.
