The worst airport parking experience I have ever had. Avoid this company at all costs. I booked a meet and greet service expecting convenience and professionalism. Instead, I got stress, lies, ignored phone calls, and a total of over 4 hours wasted.
Let’s start with the drop-off process. When arriving at Stansted, I could not get hold of anyone on the number provided: 07907658823. After repeatedly trying to call, someone finally answered. Then I had to wait over 1 hour for a driver to arrive and collect my car. The only reason I didn’t miss my flight is because I always arrive ridiculously early at airports.
Coming home was even worse.After landing, I called for my car and was told:
“Your vehicle will be with you within the hour. We’ll call you back.”Then they hung up on me.20 minutes later, I called again and suddenly the story changed to:
“Your battery is flat.”
Again, they said they would call me back and hung up.At this point I offered to call AA myself if they simply brought me to my vehicle. They refused.
For the next several hours I was repeatedly lied to:
“20 minutes.”
“2 minutes.”
“Almost there.”
I was told to wait in Zone C in drop off area.
None of it was true.
I was left standing outside in 8-degree weather, exhausted after travelling, calling every 10–20 minutes just to get basic information. Eventually, after literally crying on the phone from frustration, I was told to go to Orange Car Park Row F. I ran there.I found my car unlocked, abandoned, with no staff member present and no keys inside. Nobody answered the phone anymore. After searching around the vehicle, I eventually found the keys left sitting on the wheel. Absolutely unbelievable. This entire experience wasted around 3 hours of my life after a holiday and completely destroyed any trust I had in meet and greet parking services.

Disgraceful service.
