Never ever this service ....disappointed sooo much

Never ever this service ..... waiting time was 29minutes and to.pick up more then 1h ...guy said becouse is busy . Nobody from company was in and out what can indicate guys working and they are busy. I guess is just 1 or 2 person company who can afford . Waist of time for me.and family. I would never use them again.

Do not use the phone number park and…

Do not use the phone number park and meet 07907658823.
After a long day and everything running smoothly we were let down by this company.
Should have had our car dropped to us within an hour instead we were told it would be an hour which we thought wasn't to bad being that it was very busy on the Sunday.
The car didn't not arrive after an hour so we rang back and were told its OK the car is going to be with you in 20mins.
Car didn't arrive 😕
By this point I was becoming very angry and frustrated and after a 6am start and now being 8pm with my wife and her elderly mother of 89 years who cannot walk and has breathing problems and out of nearly 100+ phonecalls only 5 of those were answered were then told don't worry your car is on its way.
Then finally they answer the phone and tell us that the car is parked at Stansted orange no g Isle.
I run to the car the car is open but no key.
They key was left under the front bumper on top of the wheel ticket on the dash and no one to be seen.
And some people waiting for over 4 hours with young children.
This is an absolutely disgusting service these people must be stopped it could have been potentially a whole lot worse with my wife's mum if it had have been colder with her breathing problems.
Please avoid this number above at all costs.

The worst service ever

The worst service ever. Waited 2 hours to get my car returned to me after I landed.

10 days later I recieved a PCN. When investigated, it was evident the parking operative drove my vehicle into the parking area while I was still abroad. I also have a Mercedes App that shows me when my car is unlocked and a tracker for when the car moves.
I contacted the parking company and have absolutely ignored my calls emails. The parking fine has now doubled and I am yet to hear from anyone from that so called company. The person I spoke to on the phone kept saying please send an image of the ticket on whatsapp but then they block the number so they dont receive the image of the parking ticket. Today I called again and they asked what my number plate is, when I gave them the number plate they switched off their phone and never called back and blocked my number.

The worst airport parking experience I…

The worst airport parking experience I have ever had. Avoid this company at all costs. I booked a meet and greet service expecting convenience and professionalism. Instead, I got stress, lies, ignored phone calls, and a total of over 4 hours wasted.

Let’s start with the drop-off process. When arriving at Stansted, I could not get hold of anyone on the number provided: 07907658823. After repeatedly trying to call, someone finally answered. Then I had to wait over 1 hour for a driver to arrive and collect my car. The only reason I didn’t miss my flight is because I always arrive ridiculously early at airports.

Coming home was even worse.After landing, I called for my car and was told:
“Your vehicle will be with you within the hour. We’ll call you back.”Then they hung up on me.20 minutes later, I called again and suddenly the story changed to:
“Your battery is flat.”
Again, they said they would call me back and hung up.At this point I offered to call AA myself if they simply brought me to my vehicle. They refused.

For the next several hours I was repeatedly lied to:
“20 minutes.”
“2 minutes.”
“Almost there.”
I was told to wait in Zone C in drop off area.
None of it was true.

I was left standing outside in 8-degree weather, exhausted after travelling, calling every 10–20 minutes just to get basic information. Eventually, after literally crying on the phone from frustration, I was told to go to Orange Car Park Row F. I ran there.I found my car unlocked, abandoned, with no staff member present and no keys inside. Nobody answered the phone anymore. After searching around the vehicle, I eventually found the keys left sitting on the wheel. Absolutely unbelievable. This entire experience wasted around 3 hours of my life after a holiday and completely destroyed any trust I had in meet and greet parking services.

If your parking instructions include the phone number 07907658823 — cancel immediately and book somewhere else.

Disgraceful service.

Waited over an hour for my vehicle at…

Waited over an hour for my vehicle at 11pm at night. I called the number the second I got off the flight and was waiting outside in the cold. They told me my vehicle would be dropped in 20 mins. 1 hour later they advised me they had dropped my car in row H and left the keys on the front wheel. Unhelpful, unprofessional and poor customer service!!

This company is real fraud!!!

This company is real fraud!!!

This company appears to be completely unreliable and highly questionable. The moment we initiated a booking, they immediately contacted us and pushed us to make a payment through a link they sent. That itself felt rushed and unprofessional.

Within just a few days, we sensed something was seriously wrong and decided to cancel the booking. We made the booking on March 17, 2026 and canceled it by March 20, 2026, well within a reasonable timeframe. However, despite repeated attempts to contact them through calls and emails, there has been absolutely no response regarding our refund.

It has now been an unreasonably long time, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. There is zero accountability, no customer support, and no respect for customers or their money.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform. Be extremely cautious and double-check before making any payments. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience with no resolution in sight.

Note: Several very similar companies exist (e.g., compareparkingdeals.co.uk, compareyourparkingdeals.co.uk, comparetheparking.co.uk), including comparetheparkingdeals.co.uk, which only adds “the” in the name.

Avoid avoid avoid. Absolute joke
Had to email multiple times and even phone to be told to email just to cancel my booking
Apparently refunded on 4th and its now 17th april
Still no refund
Again I have contacted them multiple times to be ignored

Absolutely furious and thankfully paid by credit card

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. We paid through compare the parking deals with a company called Swift meet and greet for Stansted No: 07907658823. We arrived and nobody showed up and we were left out of pocket. We had to purchase more parking and pay the Levi fee also. Luckily I paid through my credit card and have raised a dispute for not receiving the service we paid for. But there was about 30 people in same situation. Some had to wait 5 hours to get their car.

Weekend Availability is Non-Existent

Terrible - do not use. I landed back into the UK, they confirmed they're dropping off my car, but then didn't hear anything at all. I was waiting for them for 5 hours. The helpline only works is Monday to Friday, so you actually can't get a hold of them over the weekend, I even tried to get the police involved, but they couldn't do anything as it was a 'civil matter'. Turns out, they left it in the carpark and they expected me to pay for the parking, despite me paying for their services. Do not use if you want sake of mind.

Avoid -Left me in life threatening situations

Extremely dangerous experience – avoid

Used Compare the Car Park from 27/12–15/01 (Heathrow T5). On return, my car key was left behind the rear tyre, which already felt unsafe and unprofessional.

While driving away in heavy rain, I discovered a windscreen wiper had been pulled out of place and the windscreen was cracked. I was not informed of any damage. Once on the M25, I lost visibility, panicked, and had to stop. Police assisted me to safety, and I waited over 5 hours for the RAC.

The RAC could only fix one wiper so I could get home. I’m now dealing with insurance for the cracked windscreen and second wiper. I have video evidence from before drop-off, plus police records and videos from the incident.

This was terrifying, especially as a woman driving alone after a long flight. The lack of duty of care put my life at risk.
I will never use this service again and strongly warn others not to.

An absolute scam!

An absolute scam!! Stay away!! They do not arrive on time, kept me waiting for an hour in my return at 4:30 am in the morning. No one answers the phone, driver did not answer calls, messages, so unprofessional and not worth the pain. Please please please stay away…especially Ninja Parking.
