Do not use

I understand they’re don’t actually provide the parking service, but the companies they sell on behalf of our shocking, such as Safe Meet and Greet, who I unfortunately used via Parking Deals UK. Quick check of Safe Meet and Greet on Trustpilot would tell Parking Deals UK that they shouldn’t be using them.

There were hidden fees and also they picked up a parking ticket on my car while I was away. Plus it took ages for them to drop off my car.

Avoid.

Never book with this company

Never book with this company. They make you take your car to an expensive car park and then charge an extra £13 for both drop-off and pick-up. It ends up being far more expensive than advertised.

The online booking looks cheap at first, but by the end you pay much more with hidden extra charges.

You’re better off booking with a normal meet-and-greet service instead.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Do not use. It is so unprofessional, they met me in the carpark and I did not feel safe leaving my car with them. Unfortunately I did no have time to change it. On my return I was told they will drop my car off to me in “about 40 minutes” I told him that wasn’t good enough. My flight was on time and I messaged before my flight left to try and avoid this very situation. There was no apology, no care. I felt completely powerless as they have my car and I have no idea when they will be dropping it off! Absolute joke.

AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AT ALL COST. Booked a meet and greet parking online, gaved me a good price which i was happy with. I realised this company was so dodgy as soon as the booking was confirmed. Received an email stating that i would have to pay an airport surcharge entering and exiting which was an additional charge. They lied to me as they said to give them a call 30 minute before i arrived which was a lie, they came 50 minute after, no appology whatsoever instead they were extremely rude. I had no other choice but to leave my vehicle with them as i was going to miss my flight if i didn't.
They told me again to give them a call 30 minutes after i go past passport control when arriving back in the UK which i did. I had to call them and again they told me they will be with me within 1 hour which is not what they stated on the email. Called them multiple time after that, they refused to pick up the phone, called them again and again eventually they answered the phone shouting saying that they have other customers they need to deal with and will be with me after. I gave them the detail regarding my departure and what time i was landing and yet they fail miserably. One star is actually high for this company, if i could give them a minus i would. I don't get how they're still operating as a company.Eventually arrived with my vehicle after over an hour - no apology- no explanation - just handed ticket and keys and walked off.just utter rudeness!AVOID AT ALL COST AS YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Horrible service

Horrible service, wouldn't touch again with barch pole. Stay away,aditional charges apply for entering&exiting airport short stay car park(£26). Been waiting more then half an hour for driver ,to collect my car from me.On return journey, the phone of costumer service were off ,after 15 minutes of calling, they told me to wait for another 40 minutes. Probably it will cost you another £20 in diesel because they are taking your car outside of airport, who knows where. Stay away 👎

One star is too high of a rating!

I would advise anyone looking for car parking at an airport to avoid this company at all costs!

They are rude dismissive and find it acceptable to lie to customers.

I booked through this website and selected my chosen service provider. Before I flew I got a ln email saying that there had been an amendment. When I arrived at the airport I had a very rude guy from Kangaroo parking shouting at me that they didn’t have my booking. This is the company I was changed to by airport parking deals. It took 90mins for someone to collect my car resulting in me missing prepaid lounge passes.

When we arrived back even after emailing this company whilst away with updated flight details in my return it took 6 hours waiting in the terminal over 150 attempts to contact them on multiple numbers before the car was returned to me!

When I raised this concern and asked for an explanation as to why it took so long I got no response other than a lie that the company I selected and chose to park my car with ‘had gone out of business!’ However you can still book this option on the website.

Avoid this company at all costs it is not cheaper and will just cause unnecessary stress anxiety and costs for you if you do.

My rating is zero!! I bought parking at Stansted Airport from Wednesday to Monday for 5 days, because the price seemed quite favorable. After I paid, they told me that the entrance fee would be an additional £13 per direction, which is an extra £26. They said that we should call them 30 minutes before arrival, because if not, it would take extra time for them to pick up the car. We called, but despite this, instead of the 30 minutes, we had to wait an extra 40 minutes, a total of 1 hour 10 minutes and we called 3 times. We almost missed the plane. On the way back, we had to call the company 30 minutes before, where they said it would take 30-40 minutes to bring the car. We called again after 50 minutes, but they said it would take another 25 minutes for the car to arrive due to traffic. The car had a total of 6 miles on the odometer back there, so it couldn't have been traffic, but disorganization, laziness!! We had to wait a total of 1 hour and 50 minutes before they graciously brought the car back. As a person with limited mobility, they made us wait that long in the 8 degree rain at the orange parking lot, where there is no place to sit. There were 2 other customers who had also been waiting for the car for 1 hour and 30 minutes and one of them was a father with a 3 year old girl who was very cold. Priceless service. Never again will this company and anyone who knows should avoid it.

The only true statement on the website is that its easy to book on line, the rest are false! Confirmation email looks great with all information, tells you to ring 30mins ahead of arrival no one answers, gives you a google map link all sounds easy but no one answers the phone no one to meet and greet place is unmanned, waited as long as possible risking missing the flight still no one to meet and greet so forced to use the automated ticket machine at £70 per £24 hours no support via email, live chat or phone calls! Totally ruined the holiday experience from the start

I have since had a response to my email apologising and also stating how concerning our experience is to them so are investigating i was asked to forward all call logs to help with their investigations , i will update with any outcome favourable or otherwise but can say the email i received was very encouraging

Don't use Airport Raking Deals! Total scam !!!

It was worst experience of my life with Meet and Greet service (Airport Parking Deals). Upon our return, the person who suppose to hand the key back to us - simply left it on top of the driver side wheel !!! And also since he has done this earlier - we have to pay GBP 21.00 parking ticket to get us out of the parking !!! Also the person who was driving and parking our car - messed up the sound system settings and left it to the max volume !!!. Rubbish service - they will have to be put out of business forever and blacklisted. Will tell as many people as possible - do not use there service ever !!! Will be using now only taxi when traveling to the airport.

Horrendous

Horrendous. Will keep your car basically hostage and you will end up waiting for hours for your car to be returned. Awful customer service, basically run by cowboys.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

After researching airport parking options, this looked like one of the cheapest. However, after booking, I received an email saying there would be an extra £26 charge on arrival. I tried to cancel immediately, but was told it would cost me £20 just to cancel. Very misleading pricing and feels like a complete scam.

Also, be careful about your car’s mileage and any belongings left inside. I’ve seen posts on Facebook from people claiming money was stolen from their cars and that their vehicles had significantly higher mileage when returned, suggesting they had been used while parked.

Everything was terrible!

Everything was terrible!! Didnt even move my car, left it in the short stay which I then needed to pay to leave, as I was only using it for the day, so they didnt even bother. Extremely rude and gave the excuse they were busy after a driver was arrested that day. Did a chargeback with my bank in the end AVOID

I used a meet and greet parking service at Gatwick Airport parking deals with specific provider, and my main issue is the hidden fees that were not clearly advertised.
At the airport, I was asked to pay an extra £10 entry fee, which was never mentioned when I booked. Then, when collecting my car, I was charged an additional £8 exit fee. None of these costs was made clear at the beginning.
This means the total price increased significantly compared to what was originally advertised, which is very misleading for customers.
If these charges are required, they should be clearly stated upfront, not added unexpectedly later.
I would not recommend this service due to the lack of transparency.

Avoid at all costs- driver laid hands on me

Firstly I wish I had read reviews before booking but that was my error.

I booked this for Stansted in April 2026, the price quoted wasn't significantly cheaper than elsewhere so that didnt raise alarm.bells. I recieved the confirmation email and on there it said in bold there would be an extra charge of £10 each way- this made the price more expensive than other options and there was no instant free cancellation. So it was either pay the additional £20 or lose around £20 for cancelling.

It was a day trip- drop off went smoothly apart from being charged £13 not £10 as stated. However the return of the car was unacceptable. It took 3 phone calls, to get my car returned, no apology. The return driver proceeded to push the ticket into my chest, left the car hanging out of an Uber bay into the main thorofare. I had to pay £13 to leave (again not the £10 as they stated). Then I noticed the return driver had connected his phone to my car system and changed all the music system.

I emailed the company the next day (it was gone 11pm by the time I got home on the day of collection) raising a complaint and giving them 7 working days to respond - they have not even acknowledged it. Which given the fact their driver laid hands on me is shocking.

The company tells you about a new…

The company tells you about a new parking price, more 20.00 pounds, when I left the car I have 20.00 pounds but on the orange car park is 13.00, I leave the rest 7 coins in the car, when I come back I don't find it on the car, they stolen the 7 pounds. You can be prepared to pay more 20.00 pounds, and instead of 30 minutes will be 45/55min.to waiting for your car

Absolutely terrible experience with Airport Parking Deals / Park 24/7 Meet & Greet.

They were late returning my car at pickup, which is the last thing you need after a long journey. There was no proper communication, no updates, and it was very difficult to get hold of anyone. Completely unprofessional and stressful.

To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, I realised that around £25 in coins had been taken from inside the vehicle. This is shocking and completely unacceptable. You trust these companies with your car, and clearly that trust means nothing to them.

I have emailed to raise a complaint and have received no response at all. The lack of accountability and customer service is honestly disgraceful.

I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them. There are plenty of other services out there – don’t risk your car or your peace of mind with this one.

Wouldn’t respond to emails when I tried to change my car registration.

Then on day of travel they didnt turn up on time. By which time I had decided to pay to park in orange car park at Stansted after discussing with official staff how terrible this company is.

Do not fall for cheap price - you still have to pay for entry & exit to car park which is £13 each way!
Please learn from my stupid mistake! Do not use.

Have emailed to ask for refund but of course no response…

Absolutely terrible experience – avoid this car park at all costs.

I made my booking and completed payment online through your website, and no cash payment was made at any stage. However, upon arrival, I was unexpectedly charged an additional £13 via a card machine. This charge was not clearly explained, nor was it communicated at any point during the booking process. I find this lack of transparency both misleading and unacceptable.

In addition to this, I was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of your staff on site. The individual present at approximately 00:45 on 21st April 2026 (beard, glasses, using the number +44 74*******) behaved in a rude, aggressive, and unprofessional manner. When questioned, he denied his own phone number even when it rang in front of him, and continued to argue in a confrontational tone. This level of conduct is entirely inappropriate and falls well below acceptable customer service standards.

I have attached a screenshot of my booking confirmation as proof of my original payment and can provide further details to the trustpilot, and can be share including vehicle information, if required.

For transparency and accuracy, I am documenting this experience in full detail as part of my formal complaint and review. I believe it is important that such issues are properly recorded and addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

I request a full explanation of the additional charge, along with appropriate action taken regarding the staff member’s conduct. I would also appreciate confirmation of any steps you intend to take to ensure transparency and professionalism going forward.
