I used a meet and greet parking service…
I used a meet and greet parking service at Gatwick Airport parking deals with specific provider, and my main issue is the hidden fees that were not clearly advertised.
At the airport, I was asked to pay an extra £10 entry fee, which was never mentioned when I booked. Then, when collecting my car, I was charged an additional £8 exit fee. None of these costs was made clear at the beginning.
This means the total price increased significantly compared to what was originally advertised, which is very misleading for customers.
If these charges are required, they should be clearly stated upfront, not added unexpectedly later.
I would not recommend this service due to the lack of transparency.

Avoid at all costs- driver laid hands on me
Firstly I wish I had read reviews before booking but that was my error.
I booked this for Stansted in April 2026, the price quoted wasn't significantly cheaper than elsewhere so that didnt raise alarm.bells. I recieved the confirmation email and on there it said in bold there would be an extra charge of £10 each way- this made the price more expensive than other options and there was no instant free cancellation. So it was either pay the additional £20 or lose around £20 for cancelling.
It was a day trip- drop off went smoothly apart from being charged £13 not £10 as stated. However the return of the car was unacceptable. It took 3 phone calls, to get my car returned, no apology. The return driver proceeded to push the ticket into my chest, left the car hanging out of an Uber bay into the main thorofare. I had to pay £13 to leave (again not the £10 as they stated). Then I noticed the return driver had connected his phone to my car system and changed all the music system.
I emailed the company the next day (it was gone 11pm by the time I got home on the day of collection) raising a complaint and giving them 7 working days to respond - they have not even acknowledged it. Which given the fact their driver laid hands on me is shocking.
Additional note they have just commented requesting information. They have already done this and had this information. I have also been emailing them since this happened up until end of June and no response.

The company tells you about a new parking price, more 20.00 pounds, when I left the car I have 20.00 pounds but on the orange car park is 13.00, I leave the rest 7 coins in the car, when I come back I don't find it on the car, they stolen the 7 pounds. You can be prepared to pay more 20.00 pounds, and instead of 30 minutes will be 45/55min.to waiting for your car

Absolutely terrible experience with Airport Parking Deals / Park 24/7 Meet & Greet.
They were late returning my car at pickup, which is the last thing you need after a long journey. There was no proper communication, no updates, and it was very difficult to get hold of anyone. Completely unprofessional and stressful.
To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, I realised that around £25 in coins had been taken from inside the vehicle. This is shocking and completely unacceptable. You trust these companies with your car, and clearly that trust means nothing to them.
I have emailed to raise a complaint and have received no response at all. The lack of accountability and customer service is honestly disgraceful.
I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them. There are plenty of other services out there – don’t risk your car or your peace of mind with this one.

Then on day of travel they didnt turn up on time. By which time I had decided to pay to park in orange car park at Stansted after discussing with official staff how terrible this company is.
Do not fall for cheap price - you still have to pay for entry & exit to car park which is £13 each way!
Please learn from my stupid mistake! Do not use.

I made my booking and completed payment online through your website, and no cash payment was made at any stage. However, upon arrival, I was unexpectedly charged an additional £13 via a card machine. This charge was not clearly explained, nor was it communicated at any point during the booking process. I find this lack of transparency both misleading and unacceptable.
In addition to this, I was extremely disappointed with the behaviour of your staff on site. The individual present at approximately 00:45 on 21st April 2026 (beard, glasses, using the number +44 74*******) behaved in a rude, aggressive, and unprofessional manner. When questioned, he denied his own phone number even when it rang in front of him, and continued to argue in a confrontational tone. This level of conduct is entirely inappropriate and falls well below acceptable customer service standards.
I have attached a screenshot of my booking confirmation as proof of my original payment and can provide further details to the trustpilot, and can be share including vehicle information, if required.
For transparency and accuracy, I am documenting this experience in full detail as part of my formal complaint and review. I believe it is important that such issues are properly recorded and addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
I request a full explanation of the additional charge, along with appropriate action taken regarding the staff member’s conduct. I would also appreciate confirmation of any steps you intend to take to ensure transparency and professionalism going forward.

If I could leave a minus 1 rating I would.
07563870088 is the number they asked me call them on.
They continually hung up on me. They were rude. Wouldn’t give me my car back.
Refused to meet me at the airport said ‘4am’ it was 11pm. They didn’t have enough drivers.
Then said my car would not start. Again refused to answer me.
When I finally got my car back 315am the car was covered in bird poo and barely any petrol in it. Lots of mileage run up.
The guy threw my ticket at me and ran away from me.
I’ve never seen anything like it.

A woman stuck at Gatwick north and they told me wait at level 5 (for hours) I had no coat. I was shivering. Pure evil.
They only gave my car back because I called my husband and had to ask him call them. Apparently, the Indian guy would only interact with a man.
When I asked for the guys name ‘Jack Jones’ he said his name was. Ok. Course it is.
Do NOT use this company.

AVOID . took one hour for someone to collect the keys to my car . On arrival called them when they asked and was told 30 minutes walked to the car park park and saw my car was still in same parking spot where I left it . There was 3 of there drivers collecting cars and when asked for my keys was told someone will bring them . 1 hour later some man brought the keys and said we will get u a new ticket . I watched him drive my car out of the carpark following another cars bumper to avoid the barrier then back into the carpark entrance to get a new ticket. Today I received the parking charge of £100. One of the worst airport parking experiences I’ve ever had.
On arrival at the airport to drop off my car, I rang the number provided in my booking email and was told that all bookings had been cancelled. This was the first notification of any issue and left me stranded at the airport. I had no choice but to make a last‑minute booking with another company at significant extra cost.
Adding to the chaos, once I was already through departures, I then received a call from a different number saying they were on their way to collect the car. Clearly, no one knew what was going on.
When I contacted the company afterwards, they claimed they had sent a “revised email” because their contractor had changed. That email was never received, not even in spam. This is entirely their failure, not mine.
Since then, I have received no compensation and they are now ignoring my emails completely.
This company is disorganised, unreliable, and takes no responsibility when things go wrong. I would strongly advise others not to risk using them, especially when catching a flight.

First day you pay the fee then once you’ve paid it then then say you’ve got to pay £13 when you arrive and when you depart you call them up half an hour before you drop your car off someone’s there to pick it up but then on return I waited over three hours from my car and there was a group of us that was like 20 people waiting car was also damaged. Sunglasses were stolen out of the glove box. Then when he tried to complain they pass you from one person to another to another to another absolute scummy criminals do not use not worth it.

They didn’t meet us when we were departing for our flight when they said they would . Resulting in rushing to the gate with my disabled mother.
When they eventually turned up,I had to pay £14 as they said they wouldn’t be able to take the car to the compound … although they were the ones that were late!
Upon return THEY HAD LOST MY CAR, and didn’t know which of the 8 compounds it was in. I had to wait with mother for 3 hours. When my car eventually was found , it was filthy and had been parked under a tree with tree Sap and bird shit all over it.
I suppose I was luckier than the lady who had a jaguar returned with scratches on it …….. There were MANY very unhappy people who were either waiting to be met or there cars returned….

Firstly nowhere does it say that you have to pay a £26 parking fee in addition to the cost of your booking. I was first informed of this after i had booked.
Secondly on calling when you are on your way to the airport, they dont answer. It took be 10 mins to get through.
Lastly, they state that the car will be delivered back to you within 30 mins from when you call. When they said it would be 45mins I asked why and they hung up on my call! And then refused to answer my subsequent calls.
No apology. No help.
Currently stuck in airport at 12.30am with an 8 year old.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Just an update - it gets worse.
They didnt call when the driver arrived. So we were left waiting in the cold. After multiple unanswered calls, we found our car had been left parked with the key on the drivers wheel.
This cannot be described as a Meet and Greet. As they didnt even tell us the car had arrived, let alone meet and greet us!
I have called to discover how best to complain - they hung up on me. I am now up to 30 unanswered calls.

From the beginning of the process of booking your meet and greet. You get a confirmation email. Then followed by a other email regarding you have to pay extra Levy charge of £10 for the day and other payment for return date. (Which is actually £13). On arrival I had to wait for hour for a ramdom stranger to pick up my key. Was very skeptical as this point. I had to ring the company to see if they can give me conformation of received my key.
Anyways, I got back from my holiday with my young family 11.30pm to no meet and greet on arrival. Rang them 30mins as requested, was told they have no driver's to drop off my car and I had to pay for a taxi to get my car. 😡 after paying a taxi to take us to a no man's land in a middle of a field. This place was diabolical!!!! People that had payed so much money to have there car looked after and dropped off was left all open, crammed together,bumper to bumper. No workers onsite and left deserted. They had one rough looking shed that was unlocked with everyones keys left in platic parcels. It was a thefts paradise. Ongoing, One by one more and more taxi's turned up with customers to collect their cars. Which wasn't there or keys to pick up. My car wasn't onsite but managed to collect keys from another random stranger which had no bloody clue what he was doing, was then told to take a taxi back to the airport where my car was parked up where I had left it. Anyways go back to airport and find my car where I have lift it and had to pay £547.00 to get out of standstead airport!!! I pretty much payed this scamm company to take my keys and pay for my stay at the airport. I will be bringing this to trading standards and DO NOT WANT ANYBODY TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH. absolutely disgusting and should be shut down with immediate effect.

Do not entrust your car to these…
Do not entrust your car to these people. They are an absolutely disgusting company. Their operations should be shut down. First of all, they don't provide the necessary information when booking. After payment is complete, they tell you that you will also have to pay an extra £10 for arrival and £10 for departure to Orange Park, but since your money has already been deducted, you can't cancel. Unless you take a screenshot, you don't receive an email or anything; they only show it once. When we arrived at the car park, they demanded £13 from us. I said I would pay it on the machine, but they insisted we give it to them. Since they didn't have change, I gave them £15, meaning I paid £30 more than the booking price. Also, on the return trip, despite notifying them half an hour beforehand, they kept us waiting for a full hour. Despite calling repeatedly, they didn't answer my subsequent calls; they only answered immediately when I called from a different number.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! Unbelievably unacceptable !
The worst experience ever since driving for 22years. 1 gentleman approached me on orange car park no id, nothing with the inscription of the parking wearing asking for my car keys. Told me I have to pay £13 for my car to be taken away, elsewhere than the parking I booked for and another 13£ on my way back to get my car out ! This wasn’t stated when I did the booking but only on my confirmation email afterwards. On my arrival I had to wait 50 minutes to get my car driven by someone on the car park which I never seen. I called them back to ask where’s my car, they said they left in orange car park with my ignition keys left on my front wheel ! Absolutely unbelievable ! Upon my arrival I called them twice and each time they were asking me for my reg plate and my phone number as they have so many cars they don’t know which one is mine ! Again SURREAL !!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM !

Avoid this company !!!
We used this 'company' at Heathrow and had a very negative experience.
When we handed over our car before the flight, there was no proper inspection, no photos taken, and no paperwork signed. This immediately raised concerns.
After an 11-hour flight, we turned our phones on and started receiving GPS notifications showing that our car was being driven around to different locations, including shops and other places that had nothing to do with parking. We contacted the company and clearly asked them not to use the car and to keep it parked until our return, but the car continued to be used.
At one point, we genuinely believed the car might have been stolen and considered contacting the police.
When we collected the car, we found:
a large pizza box with leftover food in the boot, rubbish inside the vehicle,dirty shoe marks in the interior
and damaged alloy wheels (scratched).
We had only purchased this car two weeks before our trip, and it was in perfect condition. Now we are forced to pay around £400 for repairs.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. There was no care, no professionalism, and no respect for our property.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
