I arrived home to find I had been fined by Stansted airport parking, due to my car being driven WITHOUT my consent, while I was on holiday. I phoned the number to report, the woman was evasive and kept telling me to make a complaint online (I have done and 4 days later still no response!) and then she just muted my call until I gave up and hung up. STAY AWAY!! They are clearly not a reputable company, and the fact a member of their staff had been using my car while I was away, is not acceptable. Supposed to be stored in an offsite car park.

Avid at all cost, absolutly shocking, booked beleiving i was parking my car and leaving it at the airport, once booked, we got an email saying we had to pay £13 to get into the car park then £13 to get out of it on top of the payment made for parking, when we got to the car park i was asked to phone a mobile number, after 30min a car pulled up to me and the man inside in jeans and a tshirt said " im taking your car". i Asked for id and he had nothing on him, just wanted me to hand over the keys to a 50k car, the best he managed was a whatssapp group with my detials on. On return we were asked to call them once we had out luggage, we did this and was told the car would be 30min to be delivered. i thought it remained in the car park so was frustrated. 40min passed and no sign of the car, we were in shorts and t shirts and it was freezing, we also had 2 small children with us, we were told it will be another 10min, again 10min passed and nothing, then a guy came upto me and said whats your car reg, i told him and he said its just coming it will be a few min. another 15 min later again i called, and was told really sorry it wont be long now. after another 40min of being fobbed off and being told the car was on route but the driver had got lost, he finnally turned up, and it was the guy who had approached me saying it would be a couple of mins. Nearly 2hrs waiting for my car in the cold, then had to pay £13 to get out the car park, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting company. please do not book anything with them as you will spend couple of hours waiting for your car. Reported to the Police they are under investigation!!!!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Absolute joke have to pay an additional £16 on top of booking charge and waited over 2 hours for them to bring back our vehicle. Manager and staff are rude and useless. Empty promises for wait time and then parked the car on the level below and left key on the wheel arch. AVOID BOOKING!

If you don't want to have problems, just avoid this company. I received a ticket from Stansted Airport, and they claim it wasn't their fault. They're running some irresponsible companies. There's no confirmation of car pickup, no contact information, just a phone number. It's a lot of stress when picking up your car. Think twice before booking this parking service.

Not even worth 1 star. The most horrendus experience. Got lied to. Was told the car was on its way when it wasn't. Outbound wait time was over an hour. Inbound wait time was 3.5 hours. Overall poor experience. Phone was put down on me more than once. Also have to pay extra for short stay parking charges. Terrible! Shouldn't be allowed to trade

Would give no stars if possible. Terrible experience! A complete waste of time and money! Can not get through to anyone when you've been told to contact prior to arrival. All staff very unprofessional and unhelpful! No customer service standards at all. Had to wait nearly an hour for someone to collect the car at time of drop off. Called from Spain prior to returning to the UK, and again when landed in the UK. Still had to wait over an hour to collect the car. Very very poor experience. Avoid at all costs! Should not be allowed to trade and rob customers the way that they are.

drop off easy? collection i actually called the number requested at 12:45am and he answered spoke and literally fell asleep during the call and made my partner listen to him literally snoring .. tyres covered in mud and drivers car matt filthy … just go dirert with stansted as after you pay these guys plus 2 x £13 what’s the point

Horrible experience. All previous negative Trust-pilot feedbacks about this company are real. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (for few extra £ you will get away better services ex. Maple Parking who operates on the same terminal). On our return we have to call 20 times to get someone on the line , and wen we asked why our Car have been moved around for few days after we left Heathrow and again few days before our arrival, without our approval, the gentlemen got upset and even hanged up by saying "i will refuse to talk with you till you not calm down", then called again another few times where finally answer, he become very rude and try to explain that the vehicle after picked up, will go first to an hourly parking and after then will be moved to another parking for another period of time (unknown and unexplained by the company when we make the booking) and same thing again two days before our arrival. Wen we said we will call the Police if they will not return our vehicle, the gentleman hung up again the phone saying "you can call them"....then called again few times and he respond again with attitude "did you calm down now?". My vehicle did, while was with them, about 50 miles (47 exactly). Finally he dispatched a driver and brought the vehicle in about 25 minutes after an continued circus for over 40 minutes arguing on the phone. That's not right. Those services should not be encouraged to exist.

One of the worst airport parking experiences we’ve had.

We followed the instructions and called the driver 30 minutes before arriving at Heathrow Terminal 4, but we still had to wait 45 minutes for the driver on our way to the airport.

On our return, the situation was even worse. We were left waiting 2½ hours to get our car back, causing a huge amount of stress and inconvenience after a long journey.

To make matters worse, the driver was using his mobile phone while driving our car, which was both unsafe and unprofessional.

Very poor service, long delays, and serious concerns about driver behaviour. I would not recommend Airport Parking Deals and will not be using them again.

We were asked to call 30 mins before arriving at stanstead - the number wasn’t working we had no way of contacting anyone we called 20 times other people had the same issue - we had to get alternative parking almost lost our flight! Then when I have tried to contact them no one has responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

There are no option to put 0 star rating. I used Airport Parking Deals at Stanstead airport last week. The service was so horrendous. While dropping the car I was waiting nearly 25 mins. But picking up the car experience was so bad. For the first 25 mins no one picked up the call and the call was cutting automatically. After that someone picked up the call and said it will take at least 45 mins to bring the car. At the end it took more than 2 hours for the driver to come. By the time I was paying the car parking ticket the driver without even saying anything. Another car parking ticket charge of £13 each way is a hidden charge and customer will come to about it only after the booking is completed. Never ever I will use their service again.

Extremely long waiting times, nearly 1 hour since I called them and still waiting

An extremely disappointing and highly unprofessional experience.

This is, without a doubt, the worst parking company I have ever used.

When we dropped off our car, we were asked to pay an additional £8 in cash, a charge that is not mentioned anywhere in their booking information. I find this lack of transparency regarding extra fees completely unacceptable.

When we returned to collect our car, we found it parked on Level 5, unlocked and with no key available. To make matters worse, the car had not even been moved from the spot where we had originally left it, which raises serious concerns about how this service is managed.

The most frustrating part was that we had to wait more than three hours for someone to bring the car key. Such a delay is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a total lack of organization and respect for customers’ time.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. The service provided was far below reasonable expectations, and the lack of professionalism caused us significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress.

Absolutely diabolical company. Never will we use them again. Waited for ages at Stansted Airport for our car to be collected and then charged £28 as we waited outside of the Terminal as instructed by the company. We brushed it off, however when we returned, we waited 3 hours at Stansted with several other families in the same situation. The police became involved, as there were other people, including an elderly lady and a lady with her small child as the situation became ridiculous. The company had no concern for anyone's welfare whatsoever and were even heard laughing down the phone to a distressed anxious call. When they did return some cars, they were leaving the cars in row I of the orange car park and texting people to say their cars were in row I with the keys on the front tyre and doing a runner. We had a 2 hour journey to then get home. I can not stress enough NEVER use this cowboy company. They trade under different names but use the same telephone number.
Big shout out to chap C who collected our car keys after locating where the cars were as someone had a tracker on their car. The cars were a 20 minute drive away at a farm! His wife A was amazing too.

This was a terrible service. Although dropping off the car was a straight forward experience collecting it upon our return was the polar opposite. It took numerous phone calls to reach the representative who took our details and then informed us our car was on the way. We were expecting a 30 minute wait as advertised. After an hour, we called again and were informed the car was on it's way. This process was continued for three hours. Each time it was difficult to get through to speak to anyone and every time we were assured that our car was on it's way when it clearly was not. What we realised was that there were at least a dozen families having the same experience of being left high and dry. The worst case had been waiting for five hours. It became clear that two gentlemen were returning the cars and then running off to avoid customer anger. To be fair, this company is woefully understaffed and completely incapable of providing the service offered. There were numerous people in the same situation as us, several with young families. Avoid this company and use the park and ride instead for a comparable price and a dependable service.

I'd like to leave zero stars.
Company acts as a broker for end service providers. The company that should have met me and collected my car did not show up. Endless calls were ignored. Many people equally angry waiting at airport. After an hour and a half I made other arrangements (also awful, just pay more and use the real airport parking). I spent 10 mins holding to them, only to get an answerphone. I will be pursuing a full refund. A waste of time and a lot of extra stress.

Do not use they were absolutely useless very unprofessional and very disrespectful, police were called because they had stolen an engagement ring out of another couples car that were waiting with us. There was well over 2hours delays to getting our car back even when they said it was only 30 minutes. They dint even bring the car to you and drop it at a different level of the car park without letting us know , we had to get them to come back to give us our car keys as they had them as they hadn't left the keys bye the car. This is the worse company iv ever had to deal with and will NOT be using them again!!!!!!!

Absolute Nightmare Service – Avoid "Airport Parking Deals" at All Costs!
If you value your time, your sanity, and your car, do not book with this company.Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly have zero respect for their paying customers.

My experience with them at Stansted Airport was a disaster from start to finish:
The Drop-Off:In the morning, when you are on a tight schedule to catch a flight, they took an unacceptable 50 minutes just to show up and pick up my car. To make matters worse, they completely ignored my calls. It took me 35 attempts just to get someone to answer the phone. The stress before a flight was unbelievable.

The Return:You would think they’d try to make up for it on the return, but it was even worse. After landing late at night, exhausted and ready to get home, I called for my car. I was told it would be another 50-minute wait.

The "Customer Service" Joke: When I asked for a definitive ETA, they flat-out refused to give me one. Instead, they had the audacity to tell me to keep calling them back to check on the ETA. Why am I doing their job for them while standing out in the cold at midnight?
This company is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and deeply rude. They take your money and then leave you stranded, both when you're trying to catch a flight and when you're tired and trying to get home.
Save yourself the headache and book with a reputable company instead. Disgraceful service.
