Outstanding customer service.
I bought a pair of QED speaker cables from Peter at Compass Audio. The cables were perfect, except that I'd misjudged the length I needed and couldn't position the speakers away from the walls properly. My fault, clearly.
I spoke to Peter, who switched them out with a longer pair (at additional cost, obviously), without ever leaving me without a set of cables, so I could carry on using my setup.
It wouldn't be possible to have received better service. Very happy customer.
