Simple instructions - user friendly form

Clear and effective communication. My questions are answered in good time and they are very professional. I will definitely recommend them!

Delay in payments and sending documentation for the last 3 weeks, will no recomend that company.
Hard to contact them by email, all the ones are nonreply emails, and the other ones not answering.

Edit: at the end they contacted me and they partially solved the problem making the payment a bit early, the problem is not really from Compass, it’s the platform Worldfirst.

Compass employees have great communication. Whenever I have a query they get back to me almost immediately. Really happy with the service

Payments for contractors are not being made on time.
This is a second week in a row when funds are not being credited into account on Friday. Instead of that they are paying on following Monday when payslip clearly states that the payment should be made on Friday.
P.S. Besides what was said above some contractors are paid on time and some not. That tells me that they are not accurate with their payroll operations.
I would recommend avoiding this Umbrella company if you just are about to join them.

I had a number of questions on the example of various deductions from my potential gross pay. All were answered calmly and in a friendly manner.

I never had any problems at all during 6 months with Compass. Even when I submitted my timesheet slightly later than normal m, all efforts were made to make my weekly payment on time
