Hello. My name is Espen Thoresen. Im a Norwegian artist and I went to Torrox because the friendly attitude , and beautiful surroundings. It was nice to be the first guest in the new appartement on the roof of Competa Appartements. OK, they raised the salary from a thousand to 1300 when I met up, but you know, with all the luggage I didnt have the luxury to complain. As I said, the place was nice, so I transfered one month salary, plus one month deposit. Ore, not exactly. Kathy, an nice English lady insisted that credit card was complicated, cash was better. Little bit strange, but anyhow, everything was fine. Except when the shower flooded over with, yeah, human leftover witch wasnt mine. The smell was horrible, but just four days later they send a guy to fix it. It. The charade started when I moved out. I delivered the key and asked for a receipt, but that was not as easy as I tought. After two weeks asking for my deposit they finaly served me a list of damages, witch actually is kind of funny.
The (handvritten) report they served said It was stains of coffee on a table. Credit to them, they had taken a picture. There was also a mark on the outside (!) of the main door, and yes, the stairway have to be painted cause of marks. It has to be me making them, not alle the steady traffic of workers who was walking in and out, fixing the jacuzzi ore the flooded bathroom, nope. After one month writing a book, I alone have been able to damage the hole appartement. And lucky for me; the detailed report said they were able “to savage the sofa”. Witch means that a normal fitted guy with a computer on his chest, playing face time chess with his 12 year old son, is enough to make enough serious damage. But you know, all this is just word against words, its hard to proof its not me. Several times I pushed for getting my deposit back, but for some reason there was a lot of exertions. First after two weeks they came up with the oversight. Two weeks were other people could be living there. My suspicion about it was all was a fraud startet when I saw the electrical bill. I do have a lot of friends in Torrox, that’s why I considered to buy a house here, even trough Competa Property, but not any more. So let this be a question for debate: How much is normal pay for electricity pr month? The claims of damage is clearly false, but as I said, its hard to proof that it wasnt me, or anyone else these two weeks after I left. But what do you all think about, one person using three hundred and forty five euros in electricity, in one month? Is this a rip off or not, please let me know

First time Spain, first time Competa Properties. What a great experience.
Very friendly and helpfull and the house we rented was excellent.
