Mike is really amazing, my shoulder and thigh were a problem for ages but with mikes assistance we managed to get to the route of the problem

Complete Physio have great facilities in their clinics. A easy to use app which physio put exercises on with description and videos. Warm, welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful reception class. I have seen a specialist and two Physios for different injuries and their level of knowledge, professionalism, compassion and care is up there with the best I have had. Being a dancer I have been treated for different injuries throughput my training and career and I feel well informed and taken cared of at complete Physio.

I was very impressed by Matthew and the way he conducted the assesment,
He did a quick scan of my shoulder and a more detailed scan of my elbow and explained the issue that I have, it was decided not to have an injection
He sent me exercises for me to do at home.

Knowledgeable and accurate in the diagnosis

He also took time to explain the issue and suggested the therapy.

Saw Alex Manos for rehab after rupturing my ACL and getting the surgery. He was great and felt my progression was steady and always in the right direction. He was especially good at looking at the holistic picture and taking into consideration personal circumstances and preferences. Everyone at the clinic is really friendly - the booking system is also organized and no issues with linking to my health insurance.

Reception was very friendly and helpful in setting up my appointment. On the day, I was treated by Matthew who was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and kept me informed at every stage. I was expecting a diagnosis of plantar fasciitis and a cortisone injection to follow. However following the scan, Matthew diagnosed a different condition and gave me a personalised exercise plan to alleviate it. He told me a cortisone injection wouldn't be appropriate which reduced the cost of my visit considerably. I thoroughly recommend Complete Physio.

I had a sports massage with Wendy who was amazing! Two years of pain in my elbow was suddenly lessened and she picked up on issues that neither the doctor nor the physiotherapist (not at Complete) noticed. I cannot rate her high enough!
