Great experience, and Dai was greatly helpful in treating my rotator cuff tear.

Matthew Kent identified the problem immediately, which was a weight off my mind. His treatment was specific and helpful, his manner straightforward and positive. I now have a goal.

Hello complete physio
My experience with this company has been extremely good. I found the physio therapist to be very helpful and honest about the problems I was facing. I would visit them again without any hesitation at all.
My best regards
Mrs Cherry J Elston

Clear diagnosis accompanied with a lot of useful explanation as well as an effective treatment. After only 2 days following Mr Fukase's recommendations, my ankle is already feeling better.

Lovely people, care and patience with me because communication with me as a deaf person.
However one thing is need to improve is the outside the door, intercom, once I press the button, then it ring, but problem is that I can't hear or once they speak, I don't understand what they saying.

I brought my 82 year old mother here who suffers from sever joint pains, she was treated by Matthew who was brilliant, thorough, caring and professional. The treatment was steroid injection guided by ultrasound and it felt very precise and we knew the injection was done at the best location. Thank you Matthew for being brilliant, we will come again and request you if available.

I saw the senior physiotherapist .His Consultation/treatment fees are really at top end of the market. He was polite and caring. But I am not sure an average patient can afford it.

The quality of treatment from any one of the Complete team is excellent but special thanks and appreciation must go to Wendy Hilton (soft tissue) for all her help, skill and persistence in trying to sort my various issues. She really is the best!

Been in a lot of pain in my middle finger knuckle for six months after an archery related injury. I got a speedy appointment with Luke in Cambridge who was very professional, knowledgeable and carried out a steriod injection proceedure efficently. After three weeks, I can now fully bend my finger with no pain and able to get back to archery. Great after care and advise from Luke too.

I had suffered a low back injury about 8 months ago, had a pain every day all day, sometimes quite bad.
I underwent 10 sessions of physiotherapy in Wimbledon but that didn’t make any difference and I was becoming hopeless and thinking that I would just get older and have the pain for the rest of my life.
In February I revisited my consultant and then he recommended Louise A., he said that she is the one I needed.
After 2 sessions I could already feel the difference. Louise is very knowledgeable, an expert at what she is doing, very hands on, using different techniques, especially an acupuncture which helped so much and got me into Pilates.
I feel very lucky and grateful I am being seen by Louise (at The Complete Physio, Chelsea).

I had a fantastic experience. The team were incredibly helpful and able to find a same day appointment to treat my knee and the appointment itself was excellent. Luke took the time to really understand what was going on (discussion and scans) and I fully trusted his treatment advice. I left with a much less puffy and more comfortable knee. Highly recommended.

Sadly a waste of time and money, made ZERO difference and was incredibly painful and EXPENSIVE

Just over a year ago I suffered a nightmare injury (Achilles rupture) and began the process of recovery. I had the pleasure of working with Mike Brent at Complete Physio for my rehabilitation and could not recommend Mike and the entire practice at Complete more highly.
The team and facilities at Complete (I visited two locations over the course of 6 months - Angel and Finchley Road) were first class. Mike in particular was a superstar - couldn't have asked for a better Physio. Mike’s combo of expertise (he seriously knew his stuff, and explained everything superbly), encouragement, and emotional intelligence made all the difference in my recovery. He didn’t just rehab my tendon - he rehabbed my psyche as well, ensuring I understood "the why" behind every exercise so that I could build back confidence alongside strength and endurance.

My Physio consultation (with Ultra-Sound) was very affordable and easy to arrange and the information available on their website in relation to my injury and condition gave me a lot of insight before I even attended my appointment. My Clinician, Matthew, was incredibly helpful, thorough and reassuring in further diagnosing my shoulder condition and recommending further diagnostic investigations which I have booked. I will be booking further appointments with Matthew to discuss the findings and seek advice moving forward.

10 days after the cortisone injection into the base of my left thumb I have experienced excellent results & am practically pain free. The procedure was undertaken by Luke Millward in the Cambridge surgery of Complete Physio (importantly) UNDER ULTRA SOUND GUIDANCE. I had received the same injection 8 weeks previously at an NHS hospital, Addenbrooks, without any guidance -it was a complete failure & a waste of everyone's time. Sorry to say, If it doesn't hurt it hasn't worked.

I had a great experience at Complete Physio. Jarrod Antflick is an expert recognised worldwide in his field and I'm grateful I could be seen by someone who spends a lot of time working with world leading athletes. I'm making good progress with my detailed plan and can recommend the practice to anyone looking to come back from injury or other physical issues.
