I had an excellent experience with Nick and Complete Carat! Nick is friendly, patient, and really easy to work with. I lost my original engagement ring and sent Nick pictures hoping to recreate it. The CAD design was created within a week and I was able to ask for modifications until everything was perfect. I had a complicated custom ring design and Nick went above and beyond to make sure that my ring was absolutely perfect! It was made very quickly and looks great! The diamonds are beautiful, the platinum is shiny, and I can't wait to order more jewelry in the future. He beat the diamond price I found at another vendor and was able to source the exact diamonds I wanted. I couldn't be happier!

Nick and the whole Complete Carat team are amazing! Me and my now fiancee are very impressed by the quality of the ring. It is top-notch and throughout the whole process Nick was always available if you wanted an update. 10/10 experience!! Definitely coming back for wedding bands!!

TLDR; I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Nick at Complete Carat. Excellent communication, reasonably fast service, secure shipping and most importantly STUNNING RING.

Like others may feel, I was skeptical at first, purely because I hadn't seen many reviews and Nick reached out over reddit. From start to finish, Nick maintained communication with me and worked with me to achieve my ring design goals, despite totally different time zones. He sourced a beautiful lab-grown diamond according to my specifications, and showed me other options too. We paid a deposit (mostly to secure the stone) and the CAD was produced. Nick accomodated a minor change I wanted (reduce ring height) and was able to ensure this wouldn't compromise the integrity or strength of the finish product. He sent photos and videos every step along the way. The ring came out exactly as I imagined and shipping from NY, USA to Australia was fast and secure. I would be more than happy to purchase jewellery from Complete Carat in the future, even noting Australia's added import tax, it was more affordable than any lab grown diamond (or even moissanite) rings being sold here atm.

Nick is great to work with! Very responsive, willing to answer all of my questions, and helped put me at ease throughout the engagement ring process. He put in a lot of work to find the exact stone that fit all of my specifications (there was literally only 1 available). The ring is absolutely beautiful and I love to show it off! All I can say is wow! Nick truly knocked it out of the park. For our 15th wedding anniversary, my husband wanted to upgrade my ring. Nick blew it out of the park! What started as me turning to Reddit for advice on a diamond, led to the most amazing experience with Nick and Complete Carat. He messaged me a better diamond than the one I had posted asking for opinions. I started telling him my vision for my ring and before I knew it, it was custom made and at our door! The ring is beautiful and I cannot recommend Nick enough. He kept me updated on the ring status, even during a hurricane in NY. He was amazing to work with and I will continue to recommend him to everyone I know. We will definitely be back when it comes time to design my boyfriend’s wedding band!

Nick helped me design my dream elongated cushion solitaire ring, which was an anniversary upgrade from my sweet husband. He helped me pick the perfect stone and design a two-tone cathedral solitaire setting with claw prongs. Throughout the process, Nick was wonderful to work with. He is very responsive and stayed in constant communication. He is very knowledgeable about jewelry and diamonds, answering any question I had and providing feedback when requested. When production on the ring took a few days longer than anticipated, he was very apologetic and handled the situation with transparency and professionalism. I actually appreciate the extra time taken as he wanted the ring to be flawless before shipping and it turned out to be exactly that. The dedication and time they took to perfect my ring showed me how much this company cares about their customers. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Complete Carat to make the perfect engagement ring! Designing the ring was super easy, my point of contact was super helpful with answering all of the questions I had, and the final design is absolutely gorgeous! The icing on top is that the ring even came out to be almost half the price as the other ring/stone designs I was looking at. Only thing thats left is to pop the question!

Nick from complete carat really delivered ! He was so patient with me as we went through so many diamonds until I decided on my top 3. He ordered the 3 stones and sent me videos and pictures so I could make my final decision. He gave me updates and was never pushy. Very friendly and he definitely pays a lot of attention to details. I wasn’t expecting my ring to be this sparkly! I am blown away. I’m already planning my next jewelry pieces and will be a return customer. Finally, his prices are unbeatable!
