This isn’t an incentivized or paid for review. Nick was great to work with. He was responsive and gave us feedback on our design choices whenever we asked for them. I have no cons or complaints, really. We will work with him again.

Just took delivery of my upgraded wedding set (28 years - I was due), and necklace. Nick was such a pleasure to work with! Beat the price I was first willing to pay through another vendor. He was so communicative that I thought it was too good to be true. I took the plunge, paid, AND sent him my original diamond so he could set it in a keepsake pendant. I wish I could post pics here….three weeks start to finish and I am over the moon. Already ordered a custom build from him! If I could give Nick and Complete Carat 100 stars I would!

This is a review on my recent purchase from complete carat, I was looking around at purchasing an engagement ring for a few months now but wasn’t too sure where to go and managed to stumble across complete carat, I spoke with Nick what an amazing guy! I reached out to him over on instagram and exchanged a details on what type of ring I was looking for. My mrs’s was after a particular vintage looking ring, Nick was on board with it from the go and we put everything together.

He sent me his website for diamonds I picked out the best one I saw fit for the ring and it was a done deal. Nick sent me the 3D ring CAD and it was perfect, chose my choice of metal and the ring was made within a week or so. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process, but most importantly the ring to every detail it’s been made to perfection. The communication was 10/10, care to detail was on point as Nick really takes pride in his craft and when you see the ring you’ll
See why too. I’d recommend complete carat to anyone looking to get a custom piece of jewellery especially something as special as an engagement ring.

Nick, the owner of Complete Carat reached out to me via Reddit off of a post I had made in relation to a lab diamond I was going to purchase, but wanted opinions of others on the stone. Nick privately messaged me and introduced himself. Then Nick boldly stated that he can source a better lab diamond with better specs and he would price match what another vendor was quoting me. Truthfully I was taken aback. It all sounded too good to be true, but I felt that Nick was being genuine and what makes Nick stand out from the rest, is his jewelry is made in house and the production time is half of what you would find from other vendors, especially over seas which typically takes a month. After going back and forth on my design, the ring was made and shipped within three weeks. The process would have been faster, had I not been so indecisive on my design. Nick was patient, kind, understanding and also provided knowledgeable information when it came to prong settings, gold durability, and specs. He was honest, and most of all genuine. Anytime I messaged Nick he would respond promptly, and kept me up to date throughout the process. I was skeptical, and frankly nervous during the whole process as I didn’t know what to expect, but Nick is as solid as it gets. I highly recommend working with Nick. His prices are unbeatable, and his work speaks for the quality craftsmanship his company creates. Thank you for everything Nick!

Nick over at Complete Carat took care of me & I’ve got nothing but positive things to say. He made the custom ring process a complete success with ease, not once did he try to push me out of budget or lower the quality I was in search of. His quotes came out much cheaper than any local or online marketplace & he had the price of the stone I wanted quite a bit cheaper than StoneAlgo. His team perfected a setting more beautiful than I could have imagined & he was very straight forward about cost, refund, and warranties. I couldn’t have had a better experience and I will definitely be returning for our wedding bands. Overall a 10/10 experience, & I would highly recommend anyone to shop with Nick & his team, save some money & get the ring of your dreams!

Nick has a vast knowledge of diamonds and rings and provided information and guidance. I had gotten quotes from a few other jewelers for a custom ring, Nick complete my ring far under all the jewelers quotes and was able to complete the whole process extremely quickly. Nicks communication was amazing! I love the ring I received and hopefully so will my gf. Nick never tried to push me out of my budget and was always transparent about the value of what I was receiving!
