NOT IMPRESSED AT NON DELIVERY

I ordered for the first time from this company and am not at all impressed by their carrier DPD. Completed works say delivery is express but this is not true as four days later I do not have my order. DPD contacted me to say my delivery would be made today. It has not been made and no further update from DPD and no response at all from Completedworks to my email , not even an automated response. I do not recommend this company.

UPDATE UPDATE

This company goes from bad to worse.Their carrier DPD failed to deliver on due date so I then selected a suitable pick up point which DPD agreed to.BUT DPD decided to deliver somewher else but I do not know where as no address was provided and only an initial for the pick up location.This is ridiculous for anyone but I am DISABLED and not able to go traipsing all over the place to try and find my goods.I asked Completed works for a refund BUT this has not been forthcoming and neither has any further response from them.I DO NOT recommend this company.

Consistently the best customer service

The best customer service I have experienced! I have emailed the company on a couple of occasions now - to enquire about a possible repair and to ask for a delayed delivery date due to a holiday. The response is always a personal one. A special shout out to Sandy who could not be more helpful.

Disappointed with Faulty Earrings and Poor Customer Service

I recently purchased earrings from Completed Works, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The earrings I received were faulty, breaking after just a couple of wears. Despite reaching out to the company multiple times via email to address the issue, my concerns were completely ignored.

To make matters worse, while I was attempting to resolve the matter with Klarna through their buyer protection program, Completed Works continued to disregard my attempts to communicate. Their lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable.

Furthermore, I found the quality and design of their jewellery to be appalling, especially considering the marked-up prices. The craftsmanship did not live up to the promised standards, and the overall experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.

I cannot recommend Completed Works based on my experience. The combination of faulty products, poor customer service, and overpriced items warrants a one-star - buyers beware.

Update: I have now returned the item and received a full refund. I still wont purchase from them again though.

Regarding our communication, we did offer to repair the piece as a first step to resolve the issue, but we understand that you chose not to proceed with this option. Unfortunately as a claim had been put through with Klarna, we were required to wait for their decision before taking further action. But I understand how frustrating the wait can be, and we apologise we were out of touch during that process and you weren’t kept in the loop.

Although Klarna sided with us, as a gesture of goodwill, and despite the return being outside our standard 30-day window, we proceeded with a full refund. We appreciate your patience throughout this process and are committed to improving our customer service protocols to prevent similar issues in the future. We take your feedback about the quality and design of our jewellery very seriously and will be using your comments to help improve our services. TACKY

I was really impressed with the jewellery design and in spite of all the negative reviews decided to give the earrings a try. The original price was 450 Euros, but I found a good bargain on Farfetch with a 35 percent discount and a clear and customer friendly return policy in case I needed that. The earrings arrived in two days and GOD did they look cheaply made. Just your basic shiny tacky bijoux. And ... suprise suprise... they arrived already tarnished with dodgy stains all over them. Sent them straight back. Very disappointed.

I love my earrings

After I read the negative reviews on ordering directly from completedworks, I ordered through another platform so my review is referring to the jewelry only. I ordered two pairs of earrings and I love them. They look even better than in the pictures and are of high quality. The design is so unique and classy. I will order the matching rings as well.

Do not buy anything from Completedworks

I wish I could say I love it when I saw it irl. The worst jewelry quality for the price. I bought two pair of earrings, couple of rings and they shipped it to the US. Paid for all roughly $750, requested a return and Completedworks did not get back to me until I called the bank and requested a refund. Following day Completedworks got back to me and said that I can return items. I shipped everything back and paid about $100 to ship it back since I wasn’t satisfied with a product quality. Package was delivered to Completedworks within a week. Guess what? It’s been almost three months and I still did not get my money back from them, not only I lost $750 for the purchase, but also $100 to ship it back.

Really poor customer experience - do not recommend

Two years ago I lost one of the earrings I ordered from their website a few months prior. I asked them if it was possible to buy a single earring and they said yes, but after that, they stopped responding to my messages so I had to give up.
For that reason, I didn't have a very good impression of them but I found earrings that I really liked so I gave them another try. The item I purchased was listed as being in stock and my credit card was charged immediately, but I had not heard anything from them for three weeks. I contacted them to check the status, and after four working days, I received a response and was told that the item would be shipped the next Tuesday, but it was not until three days later that it was actually shipped. Five weeks after the order was placed, my earrings finally arrived - in a bare accessory box thrown into a DHL paper envelope (not even a padded one). I usually support eco-friendly minimal wrapping, but I was a bit shocked that a piece of jewelry costing several hundred dollars was sent overseas like that.

I like their products but will never buy from their official site again. If you want their items, I strongly recommend ordering from other retailers.

We take care to use environmentally friendly materials in our packaging but this is not at the expense of how well they are protected during transit. Our pieces also always come with a reusable luxury travel pouch which it sounds like you haven't received. DO NOT BUY! VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!!

I paid to send them back on my own dime, and basically they tarnished again immediately, but even worse this time. at this point the earrings look almost black. Never buying from this company. they can't stand behind their products and just got a few celebs to model their stuff to sell it.

They were packaged in such a lovely way with a cute little bag in a box and they are just as beautiful as I had hoped after viewing them on the website. Expensive and really bad product quality

I recently bought the scrunch earrings through Finematter for the first time and I was really disappointed by the quality of the product since they have been quite expensive as well. I have only worn them once but the colour already faded and is becoming rusty.

I was really upset since I bought them for my wedding the Tuesday after.

Update: I contacted them and they sent me new ones via express delivery! They also apologised and explained that they had some issues with one batch of box packaging that they think has been reacting with affected jewellery and causing the sudden tarnish.
So, I'm very glad that everything turned out well at the end and happy that they solved it very quickly.

Do not buy their products

Unfortunately, they market their products as "hand-crafted" when in fact they are full of defects and cheaply made. I only bought their ceramics, but they are full of defects like pinholes and color stains. I'm surprised they didn't destroy defective items and instead decided to sell them, hoping customers do not notice the defects.

Broken necklace

I bought my wife a necklace for Christmas but within weeks the necklace broke. When I contacted customer service their solution was for me to pay to return it and have it fixed. Very unsatisfactory
