BEWARE this company has a very bad reputation. They do not pay the cash back owed, and will do anything to set you up to fail. Their favorite is "Abuse of Power" tactics -Where they cancel your membership because you've proved them wrong!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY'RE CORRUPT !!
the worst savings company you purchase and refund says not for you so what the point of being a member its only one way they take and no cashback ive just cancelled be careful there next answer we dont no your bank details but they do to take money thats there first mistake how can they take money and not know your details its another scam
Like many others have discovered £15 per month has been charged to my credit card without any authorisation from myself.I also appear to have been made a member without any request from myself.I have notified Mastercard who are well aware of the activities of this company and who have put a block in any further charges to my account by this company.I instructed Complete Savings to cancel my so called membership which they say they have -and also requested a full refund (£60).They have acknowledged my e-mail but have heard nothing further from them. For the record I have never received any cashback from them nor have I made any use of their services.I can only assume that my private financial information has been passed to them by one of their affiliate companies.
It seems that many people have been cheated/scammed by this company - I also note a very negative report about them by Consumers Association (Which !).As a member of their consumer panel I will be sending a report to them in the near future.
My advice to readers - check your statements very carefully each month for unauthorised withdrawals !
THIS IS FRAUD - PURE AND SIMPLE.
I spotted this company on my credit card statement. My husband manages our accounts and thought it was something I agreed to - I hadn't. Turns out after investigation with our bank that it goes back over 2 years to a purchase for €34 from Debenhams. Without my knowledge, this purchase seems to have led to the company, Completesavings.ie having access to our credit card account and a standing order for €15 being charged every month for services I don't use, need or was aware of. This is fraudulent and unsolicited and is definitely in breach of The Consumer Protection Act 2007. I will now never again purchase from Debenhams or any company associated with this fraudulent company. I have tried without success to contact the company so have reported them to the CCPC and Consumer Association of Ireland. I will not stop until every penny is paid back and assurances are made that their business practice is not taking from others in this unethical manner. Shame on any business associated with Completesavings.ie. I see from the reviews that many others have been caught by them in a similar manner to us.

Hi, still trying to get approx £225 back into my account after complete save admitted they took it and offered a refund and desperately need this money with the current situation as single mother with limited money. It was agreed i would be refunded but then they refunded all back into accounts I no longer use (3 separate accounts) and given I can’t get any contact with bank now as they can’t answer due to government situation I am still owed 15 payments which is being held in these three accounts which they have details for, Please trustpilot help me get this money by just agreeing for the 15 payments to go bck into my open current account!

Ordered online from Debenhams Ireland and now I got charged 15 Euros.
I never created an account with Completesavings, did not agree to share my credit card details and also did not authorize a charge of 15 Euros a month.
I tried calling them but the contact center is closed. I was however able to reset my password online (one I had never set to begin with) and to cancel the membership online. This practice of snitching bank details from customers and secretly charging them can hardly be legal.
Very disappointed in Debenhams to work with a company like that.
Still don't know how it works BUT I was charged for 24 months (15€).
When I realize I called them and asked the full refund of the money. In 3 working days, they transferred me all the money!!!!
I don't really understand how it works as a company but they gave me back the money, so I assume they are good guys.
This company is somewhat misleading in their advertising and the process they use to get customers. Their process is intentionally unclear. I would avoid dealing with them in future. Then they aggressively try to have your review censored if you post something negative. They may not be a scam, strictly speaking, but their mode of operation is, lets just say, very scamlike.
Edited to add: They had so many negative reviews on Google maps that they seem to have succeeded in having their business removed from maps entirely, along with reviews. They don't really operate in a transparent or honest manner so steer clear.
I believe I was scammed by Complete Savings I had no idea that they were taking €15 a month from my account. They got my details when I made an online purchase from Debenhams. Its shocking that a well known company like Debenhams would allow this to happen. Watch your step, now I have had to cancel my debit card and I hope I can get my money back
I posted this on Complete savings Uk site as well and they responded assuring me that Debenhams was not involved. They also said they emailed me a copy of an email I sent them applying for membership. Let me be clear
1. Complete savings have not sent me such an application email. (it doesn't exist)
2. Complete Savings did send me an email some months ago (when they started to take my money) that I located in my Spam folder yesterday . The Complete Savings email references Debenhams twice and Debenhams was the only place I had shopped online around that time.
3. I contacted Debenhams and they sent me an email saying Complete Savings is an affiliate partner and I should take up my complaint with them.
So If I had never bought from Debenhams online. Complete savings would not have obtained my bank details by sharp practise and set up a direct debit against my bank account to take my money on a monthly basis (theft)
I wait to see if Complete Savings refund my money, Debenhams are complicit in this.
Comlete savings cant be a scam, I put a report on trustpilot I then recieved an email from complete savings saying sorry i had not used their benifits and returned all my money I can only say thanks to them.
Only realized I've been charging 15 Euro / M for a year without using any of the "offer " mentioned on line . Couldn't remember when I signed up for this website and the site should have remind people it's going to charge the payment after first month.
I feel this is a scam as it's obviously take advantage of people who don't check their account regularly
I signed up for a savings scheme from this company. I eventually got my cheque, but only after I repeatedly emailed the company.
