After paying a 25% deposit I have now…

After paying a 25% deposit I have now waited over 3 months and had 3 failed installation dates and no contact at all from the fitters?
Unacceptable way to treat a customer , I have now demanded my deposit back in full as paid by credit card , Beware of this joke of a company

Paid my deposit and have been awaiting installation
I have now been given three installation dates with no one turning up. Simon keeps making excuses.
I now think this must be a scam. Avoid

is trading as complete solar ltd, email address complete-solar.co.uk, On there website just says complete solar, address 20-22 Wenlock Rd, London, I apologise to the original company for the confusion.

Completesolar.co.uk has done 1 job, around 2 years ago. We never took any deposits and the company was dissolved ages ago. I just own the domain name now. I suggest to try to find whoever took your money.

I paid deposit £2500 on 8 December…

I paid deposit £2500 on 8 December 2023 .
They kept giving me dates for installation but never fitted the solar panels I requested refund They are not refunding my deposit simon kept saying next 7 working days that was a month ago keeps lying to me I still have not received my refund this company has been deceiving me taken money from 4 members of my family have paid large amounts of money still not received refund it has been over 4 months do not buy from this complete solar

I think you need to check the company name. We have not done any jobs since last summer. There is no Robert Gammon here and we have not taken any deposits.
Although our trading name was Complete Solar, the company was SOLAR INSTALLATIONS LIMITED. This was dissolved in January.
