Hello,

I purchased the premium version of your plugin specifically to enable Google Consent V2. In the free version, it seemed like a simple process, requiring only the selection of a button to activate the feature. However, after subscribing to the premium version, that button disappeared, and I was redirected to a page with several confusing solutions, lacking a clear setup guide.

Additionally, I contacted support and provided my premium license key, but I was informed that I do not have access to premium support—without any explanation. I am still unable to activate Google Consent V2, and so far, I have not received any response to resolve this issue.

I would appreciate a prompt and clear solution, as I specifically purchased the premium version to simplify this process.

It took a few days to get a response, but once I did, Antonio C resolved everything with one email that had clear instructions. Dropping the star is due to the fact that I had to wait 2 business days for a response.

I've asked for assistance on a couple of occasions, as I manage a lot of websites, and I've always had a quick and efficient response.

Appalling plugin. I installed it and worked through the complex layers to get it functioning correctly, which it did according to my requirements. So far so good. I then left my site alone for a few weeks, being preoccupied. When I returned to my site to continue development, once logged in as the administrator I was unable to access anything on my dashboard. Whichever feature I chose, settings, plugins, customisation, ACF, you name it, all of it was overridden by the Complianz dashboard. My site was completely hijacked, and there was no way to even uninstall it since access to my plugins administration page was also hijacked. In the end I had to access my server directly and delete the Complianz directory in its entirety in order to gain access to my own site. My advice from this experience would be not to touch this with a barge pole, even if it does appear to be quite pretty and extensive. Any piece of software which can do this to your work, whether intentionally or otherwise is potentially hazardous and not in keeping with professional ethics. It looked like a blackmailing attempt to persuade me to activate more features and part with money. AVOID!

Compliantz, a very well designed plugin to master the GDPR, and above all great customer service. Leonardo Tamion's advice allowed me to fully understand how the plugin works. Thanks to the whole team.

When Complianz blocked our WP admin with a stuck wizard, we were lost as to how to fix the issue; our site host did not have an access solution to our site admin backend, so we were lost as to what to do. Luckily, Leonardo at Complianz reported the issue quickly to the dev team and tracked a possible fix. Eventually, a fix came through, and with a developer, Leonardo was able to make the fix right in our WP admin, bringing the issue to a close. I would have awarded Complianz five stars if the fix had come faster!

I was helped wonderfull by Leonardo after I installed Complianze and ads were not showing. The response was quickly and problems were solved.
