Definitely stay away. They don't offer any support whatsoever. It is now impossible to reach. It was fine until they sold the product. They always talked positively. But now I'm having trouble with the plugin. But reaching support is impossible. I requested a refund but no response. I'm considering making a formal complaint. Definitely stay away!

Performance issues since the start.
Settings not applying. Settings applying but not where you want them to.
Lack of or outdated documentation.
Statistics and AB testing modules are a joke.
No replies from support after a few days on premium plan.
Marketing consent given without functional consent.
Custom CSS not applying or reverting back to default settings. No way to choose which banner version you're applying the custom CSS to.

I had my settings misconfigured, and the support team detailed every step I had to take to get consent mode v2 correctly setup. The support team was very patient and supportive. Thanks!
