I wanted a computer to run a home media centre from. The staff were very helpful, both on the phone and online. I couldn't recommend them more!

My order was despatched within a few days. It arrived by courier but was left with a neighbour as I was not in. They were very helpful in locating were the product had been delivered when I called them. I was extremely happy with the product I received, it was in good condition and worked perfectly.

The website is easy to use, informative, it is competitively priced, I was very happy with the product and the service, I would definitely use again for my next computer purchase

I have bought 2 computers from compu-zone.co.uk now and both have been perfect. the system specs quoted on each computer seem to be the minimum you will get not all you will get.
I think they are one of those rare companies that go out of the way for the customers to the point of the first system i bought (just a tower) i couldn't plug in to my monitor because one of the pins had broken on the cable i had they sent me a replacement and i didn't even buy it from them.
the second computer had parts out of stock for delivery but they still had it sorted out quicker than the estimated time.
if you need a PC and want a decent price use these guys i could have bought a worse quality PC from a high street store and paid about 4 times what i paid for a full decent quality PC from compu-zone.co.uk
Customer service is also second to none and UK BASED!

We purchased 10 systems for our small office/ training centre, they arrived within 4 days and we were very impressed generally with the whole service. The sales guy gave us sound advice on the best systems, without trying to oversell us something we did not need. netbook arrived within 24 hours and my son was over the moon, even my oldest son who is a bit of a gadget guru was very impressed with the quality and the clarity of the screen.

Customer service was excellent which seems to be going out of fashion in this day and age but highly delighted and will be getting my business in the future.

Website is easy to use, the prices are good and the service excellent. Delivery was very quick the laptop was well packaged and arrived earlier than expected. I will definitely use this company again.

Purchased as a birthday present for my son. I knew what spec the system was so when it arrived I knew what to expect of its capabilities [something everyone should research for themselves before buying anything online as it saves retailers a lot of time and effort answering stupid questions :oP]. The unit was clean and well packaged. Delivery was prompt with an email notification the day before arrival.

They were able to make alterations to the advertised product and get it t me in just a couple of days, brilliant.

Although the product had some problems on start up (with flickering red lines across the screen), the tech-support guy gave me some excellent help which fixed the problem (and taught me something about computers). So, I'm happy!

I ordered my PC online, and was impressed with the speed of delivery in April 2013. So far I have had no trouble and the pc though second hand, is far quicker in use than my old one, and I can watch TV and IPlayers without the problems I had before.

Exactly what I needed at a price I could afford.

The computer was delivered on time, however there was a fault on one of the memory cards. I was taken through a fault analysis by Haz by e-mail over several days and finally isolated a faulty memory card. Although the computer was delivered with a faulty memory card, I was very satisfied with the technical assistance provided and of course Compu-Zone then supplied me a replacement card which is working fine.
Overall, I can genuinely recommend this company.
