Concept Fertility made our dreams become a reality. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for years and from our initial consultation right through to after birth the team have been so friendly , approachable supportive and professional. The nurses and doctors were fantastic and the reception staff were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble , if you had a query or wanted any advice the staff were so hands on and dealt with any matter you had in such a compationate way . Would really recommend this clinic. After years of trying for our baby, the team at Concept have helped us to bring our beautiful baby girl into the world. The team are utterly amazing, it has taken a long time to get to this point but all the way through all of the team were calm, positive and determined that the treatment would work which it did. We are looking forward to another successful outcome next year!

I had a very positive experience with Concept Fertility. My case was fairly complicated as I had to move my embryos from another centre and fly in from HK for treatment but they were always accommodating and made it a smooth process. After less than 6 months I was successfully pregnant and gave birth to my twin boy and girl in February. I will be eternally grateful to Dr Onur and Oriol

The CF team are outstanding, and I would say this whether we did or did not have success with creating a baby.

The team, led by Mr Kamal Ojha, held our hand through the whole traumatic process. We had four rounds of egg collection (due to my rock bottom AMH numbers) - a 3 package cycle and a single cycle. The team were completely transparent about our very low odds (less than 10% chance) the whole time, and we were never given false hope. The team were positive, but never overly so, something I appreciated.

They became part of our family, everyone from the reception team, to the nursing team taking my bloods almost daily, to the theatre team, to the Drs and Sonographers, to the embryologists. Everyone was on this journey with us, willing us on. They listened when I did wider research, they were open minded, they held my hand when I cried and the hugged us when we had any small win.

We only managed to get one egg to blastocyst, and the team were always cautiously optimistic, the embryo was a low grade but we had to hope on that one egg. Because of this we already looked into egg donor through the clinics links to Spain so we always had a ‘next stage plan’ which meant we could look forward.

By some absolute miracle, our only embryo stuck and after a rocky start after the TWW, we had a growing, thriving baby. He turned 1 last week.

We owe everything to this team. There are not enough thank yous. They looked after the science and it is truly magic.

But even if we had not been successful, we knew that every avenue was considered, no stone left unturned, and we had complete trust in the team that they would try their very best to give us personal, sensitive treatment, always with clear explanations and with us on side.

I would highly recommend Concept Fertility for anyone going through early stage testing to full IVF or donor treatment.

After so many years of set backs, feeling abandoned and let down by the NHS, I reached rock bottom. I decided to look into body positive IVF clinics and found concept.. In a short phone call with Dr Onur, I knew he heard me, knew exactly what our steps should be and within a week we were face to face creating a plan, the next month we had our egg collection, it was a huge relief to be moving forward!
Fast forward to now, I’m holding my beautiful baby girl in my arms, and we owe everything to the team at concept.
Onur was fabulous, professional, caring and so supportive, a huge thank you to him for giving me the best care and he made the collection experience really comfortable. I really have to mention Karl he is amazing, sadly we had a miscarriage with our first embryo, and he was so kind to me, and when we returned to try again he was so supportive every step, and celebrated with us when our baby girls heartbeat was seen at 6 weeks, you know he truly is with you, one of the worlds greatest!
Marianna and Dr Devi did our embryo transfer and the attention and care they put into getting it perfect was unbelievable and their hard work really paid off. A big thank you to Marianna for taking care of me in almost every scan, you were always so reassuring and kind.

My husband and I came to Concept in January 2024 after trying to conceive for 2 years, having met with frustrating obstacles via the NHS because of my BMI.

We welcomed our beautiful son into the world in January 2025 after our first cycle of IVF, and couldn't be more grateful to the team at Concept for everything they did to support us on our journey to parenthood.

We had felt adrift and without many options before we came to the clinic, but as soon as we did we felt heard, supported, and prioritised. Everyone we met with was so kind, and really took the time to walk us through our options and help us understand what factors had been throwing up issues when we were trying to conceive naturally. It was honestly such a relief to feel properly listened to for the first time, and even more importantly to have someone take the time to help us get a clearer picture of our fertility story.

The biggest of thank yous from the bottom of our hearts for everything the whole team did. Concept truly changed our lives for the better, helping us to bring our beautiful son into the world who we had waited so long to meet.

We started our ivf journey last year in March, same sex couple. After contacting concept our appointments were put into place very quickly. The appointments team were able to accommodate us around work for every single appointment. Our initial consultation was to go through everything down the every little detail, very efficient. Every department was so efficient and their time was ours. They’re all very passionate about what they do. A special thank you to everyone, especially Dr Devi and Marianna who were absolutely amazing throughout our journey. The hundreds of questions we had they always took there time to explain to us and give us the best guidance. We highly recommend this clinic in all aspects.

Where can I start…..concept fertility was amazing from start to finish. The worst thing for me was not having my initial consultation sooner, which was out of my own fear.
I entered concept in August 2023 following a recommendation from a fertility advocate and coach and within the initial consultation, I met Dr Ojha who was able to tell me what he felt my fertility issues were and that my only option of conception was via IVF.
I started a cycle of IVF in January 2024, and fell pregnant within my first frozen embryo transfer, however sadly this resulted in a missed miscarriage, but I then conceived again on 2nd transfer in July 2024 and had a beautiful baby girl, well and healthy on 10th March 2025, weighing 6 pound and 8 ounces.
I genuinely had lost hope and faith in my fertility journey prior to meeting with Dr Ojha, however he reinstated belief and most importantly hope that this can happen for us and so they were right, we were ultimately blessed and feel so lucky every day.
I would encourage anyone suffering with infertility issues, certainly if your unsure what exactly your issues are or how to go about moving forward to reach out to concept and gain this expert advice.
All of the staff from the midwife, Emily and the nurses, Karl etc were extremely helpful, kind, caring and considerate at all times towards me and my partner.
We will forever be grateful for the expertise offered to bring our little girl into the world…..x

I came across concept fertility whilst searching for a fertility clinic that would take on a high BMI patient. My consultant throughout my journey was Dr Onur who is amazing, he was so supportive, so accommodating to my dates and needs and was rooting for me throughout the process. Every member of staff that I dealt with from the receptionists, to the nurses who would take my bloods, or do my ultrasounds, were nothing short of kind, caring, professional and made the whole process so much easier.

Price wise I think concept fertility is not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, but they were worth every penny. Their price breakdown is also extremely transparent with no hidden costs or sudden surprises which makes a difficult process so much easier.

After three rounds of IUI, one unfortunately ending in a miscarriage we opted for a round of IVF and I successfully fell pregnant on my first embryo transfer. I am now a proud mum to my three month old son and would not hesitate to come back to concept in the future for baby number two.

Dr Devi made me feel seen and heard throughout the entire process and gave me a positive feeling throughout the entire process.

Upfront communication about expected costs could have been better. At times we felt surprised by some bills

Concept were absolutely excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to pursue fertility treatment.
We chose them, despite the distance from our home, because of their great reviews and less restrictive BMI requirements. Despite being 38 with low egg reserve, I felt reassured by the doctors we met, and went ahead with IUI (planning subsequent IVF if needed). As a same sex couple, it wasn’t fertility issues that meant we needed to use a clinic, but I was still incredibly fortunate to fall pregnant from that first round of IUI. We welcomed our beautiful daughter this year and couldn’t be happier - I will never get over how quickly and smoothly it went for us. A lot of that is luck, but it’s also thanks to the lovely staff, good advice, careful planning, and fertility expertise of the team at Concept. When I suddenly had an LH peak, I let them know and they changed the scheduled time of my IUI to maximise our chances. That flexibility and insight is likely why we are lucky enough to be mothers now. We will be grateful forever!

I cannot recommend my experience with Concept Fertility highly enough. The clinic is super well run and ALL the people there are incredibly knowledgable, professional and above all kind and supportive. You really feel like they’re on your side, willing things to go well.

I was in the position of being unlikely to be able to have a baby due to my low egg reserve and quality, but on each IVF round the doctors tried something a bit different and ultimately we have been lucky enough to have a beautiful baby girl.

Don’t go anywhere else!

My partner and I were ready to go ahead with IUI at Concept Fertility until we just had the most shocking and unexpected experience from the ladies working at the centre. As I’ve been liaising with them for a month, I really wanted to get in for the March cycle for which they did explain may or may not be possible but I was ready to go with the risk and pay for the consultation.

For some very odd, unexpected and confusing reason, when the staff member, Natasha, took my call to book me in for the consultation after my partner and I decided to go ahead, she first reiterated the fact that it still may not be possible to go in for the March cycle and proceeded to tell me that if I am unable to get in for the March cycle, she doesn’t “want me swearing at her colleague”. In shock and very confused, when I asked her to reiterate and repeat what it is that she had just said to me, she tried to sway the conversation away and became very passive aggressive. I then insisted that she explained what she just said and she repeated the sentence, I was completely shocked and asked her “ Why on earth would I swear at your colleague? What kind of thing is that to say to a customer or a patient proceeding with treatment at your centre?”. And then it became no less than an EastEnders drama where she told me that her colleague, Ridihma, for some very odd and unexplainable reason, passed the phone over to her to say that the lady on the phone, which was me, was swearing at her. I then explained to Natasha that I have no idea what is going on, I have no idea how unprofessional anyone could be to say such a thing to a customer, and that I simply called to book in my consultation after making a very difficult decision on which clinic and company to go with for our IUI and potentially, in the future, IVF. I escalated this and wish to speak to a manager, who was too hesitant and unable to help irrespective of being in a Manager’s role, panicked due to the mistake of what his staff have done, and passed me over to the owner of the company, Trevor.

Without going into too much detail, all I can say and the information I relayed onto Trevor also is that I have not seen anything like it, and for your staff on the phone to be speaking with customers like this, fabricating information, being incompetent in their roles, panicking so making up lies, is completely unacceptable especially to be working at customer facing roles within a company that is as sensitive as something like this whereby they are offering fertility treatment to ladies who are already under an excessive amount of stress having not being able to conceive and very trustingly chose a centre to help them with their fertility journey.

I have no idea what that staff member did and why she did it, but for her colleague to then also ignite the situation and make such an accusation and claim on the telephone call to a customer, is beyond absurd.

It’s very clear that they are a company that simply wish to get hit their financial KPIs in and do not truly care about the customers. The unprofessionalism is at an all-time high here. I would really and truly recommend that you do not risk going with a company like this whereby their staff alone are unaware on what it is that they are doing, broken English and service and have provided wrong information on various occasions. To then end it and top it off, make up a complete accusation against a random customer calling to make a booking for consultation?

Do better Concept, take a strong look at your staff because they are making you lose your business. I will be taking this further.

I can honestly write a book about how much I love and recommend Concept Fertility. I went to them for egg freezing, and it was a journey with some personal bumps on the road. Yet one thing that never changed was just how caring and amazing the entire team at Concept Fertility was during every visit, call, and email, no matter how big or small. No matter how many times my journey had to be delayed, they greeted me and treated me with the same care and warmth.

Dr. Onur was so kind and amazing. During my first meeting with him about this unknown and anxiety-inducing process, he made me feel calm, reassured, safe, and sure about my decision. I left the first meeting so at peace with my decision, but most of all, I was so sure that I wanted this journey to be with Concept Fertility. I didn't have to second-guess that decision once. I felt understood and taken care of as a person from day one.

It was the first clinic I talked to that didn't treat you just like a number. In fact, friends had warned me that I would be treated like a number no matter where I went from their own experiences, and I can say that no one at Concept Fertility made me feel that way, not once.

The front desk staff, the nurses, the doctors, anyone and everyone I had the pleasure of working with, all of whom I know by first name, I was lucky to get to know. In fact, I miss seeing them as often as I did during that time. That is how much of a real and warm feeling they left in my heart. As when I look back at that sometimes hard and anxious time all I remember is just how much I looked forward to going to the clinic and how happy I felt leaving the clinic thanks to the care and communication.

Any fertility treatment, or the start of one, is really daunting. But I can't imagine doing it anywhere else or with anyone better. Now, as I plan my next steps, I already look forward to the possibility of working with them again, knowing I will be in the safest, kindest, and most genuinely caring hands. They make me trust the process and the next possible journey for me. In fact, they make it even more exciting rather than daunting.

I think a major reason is that they know how personal and important this journey is (any journey you are on with fertility), and they treat you with understanding and patience. No question felt too much or stupid; they make you feel seen and heard, and they really know how to calm you down (especially if you are like me, who tends to be anxious and panic). :)

They also explain everything so thoroughly you don't doubt anything; if you do, they are there to explain. Which I think for me, with an overthinking mind, was such a blessing.

I am so lucky that Concept Fertility and everyone there came into my life. I look forward to an exciting new journey with them, hopefully soon.

It's hard to write a review for a clinic that enabled you to have a baby you otherwise wouldn't have had. But from the start, Concept were the best clinic to deal with, our initial video call consultation, then tests etc. the receptionists, doctors and nurses, embryologists, absolutely everyone were welcoming and reassuring, they couldn't go out of their way to do more for you.

They were open and honest about pricing, drugs, they provided a lot of updates along the way, the scans were superb and after one round of IVF with ICSI, we managed to have a fresh embryo transfer that was successful, and we welcomed our beautiful baby girl on NYE.

We cannot thank Concept enough, I cannot wait to go back and hopefully be successful in trying for another sibling with them.

I can't recommend Concept Fertility highly enough. Fertility treatment is daunting at the best of times but I was especially anxious. I felt cared for throughout my treatment. Every step was explained to me and I felt in control. They listened to my concerns and either changed to suit my preference or explained why a particular thing needed to happen in a specific way and ensured I was comfortable before proceeding. I feel incredibly lucky to have found the team at Concept fertility and forever thankful for my two concept miracles.

Just a huge thank goodness for Concept for saving our sanity, showing us real true care and giving us our gorgeous son that just arrived. We got looked after from moment one and felt safe throughout which hasn't been the case elsewhere, no question was too much and everyone made us feel seen and wanted. I made sure we went to a clinic that didn't treat you like a number and they sure didn't. They even kept in contact throughout the pregnancy. They have unbelievable expertise and we knew the name of everybody by the end of it. The app is also great and you get answers on the day!!!

Where to begin.
Me and my husband started our IVF journey in April 2023 after trying naturally for 18 months, with another clinic.
From day one there it was very negative and it made an already very hard journey harder, my BMI being an issue put another hurdle in the way of us having a family.
I then came across Concept, who would take me on with what my BMI was at the time.
We had our virtual chat with Dr Onur, and from the first hello we knew he was the doctor for us, and Concept were the clinic for us.
Everything was transparent from day one, the medication, the duration, the costings. If there was anything negative to be said it was done in a way where you didn’t feel hopeless and it was often met with a solution.
Fast forward to 23/12/24 when we welcomed our gorgeous baby boy Finnley to the world, and we have no one else to thank but Concept.
Me and my husband had become so hopeless and demotivated of ever having our baby. But sat here with him in my arms, we owe everything Concept and cannot thank or recommend them enough.
