Absoloute amazing company got amazing staff had to have a whole new heating system fitted the 2 staff who did the heating and radiators where very thorough and friendly and did a good job of cleaning after ...and Lee the joiner has done an amazing job boxing in and fitting shelves very good at his job and took his time didn't rush very happy with everything from this company

The 2 guys explained what they were going to do then cracked on with the job.
Very efficient, polite and very nice lads. Thank you.

Rick and Jack replaced all my radiators throughout my home, did an amazing job, clean and tidy workmanship, very happy

Worked with concept providing retrofit assessments on a large social housing project recently and can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve had and all credit to the professionalism from everyone at concept it was a pleasure and I look forward to assisting on future projects.

Everything was done brillant had a lot of problems with the new air source pump and couldn’t fault concept heating they was absoulty brillant especially ally she was amazing and had so much patience and understanding she made the process so much easier for me and kept me updated

Ms Tracy and his team they fixed the New Boiler and all the new Rediators at my house. They have a excellent services given us. She is cooperative and very good behavior. I really appreciate to her and her team.

Had to have a new boiler and radiators fitted, via my landlords, I'm in a rented flat. The measuring up, fitting and installing was all done professionally and politely. This was all held together by the fabulous Tracy in their office who stayed in contact every step of the way, and kept me informed. If you miss a call, she will find you, message you etc. Had a small problem with pressure about one week later, she was on the phone and had it all done and sorted the same morning.
Good old fashioned service that i thought had all disappeared. She is an asset to any business, headhunters you know where to look !

Great communication from concept to installation. The inevitable disruption caused by a project of this nature was kept to a minimum. I work and had to leave the installation team in my property for three days. I came home to a tidy home every day. The installation is more aesthetically pleasing than my old heaters and all of the pipework has been boxed off. Initial smart meter readings indicate a monthly saving on my electricity bill of approximately £70/pcm (I have my heating on a timer 24/7). Very happy all-round, a very positive experience.

Had the new asph fitted whilst I was away . They did a good job and left everywhere tidy . Good job by all

Concept heating came to asses and instal underfloor insulation in my livingroom. From start to finish all their staff were great, unfortunately the same can't be said for my housing association (WDH) when asked to fix issues before the insulation happened. But still concept heating staff were helpful due to housing association delays. My insulation made a huge difference in the warmth of my home. I am so happy as this will definitely help with lowering my heating bill.

I was contacted by these on behalf of Wakefield District Housing to install some underfloor insulation. From start to finish an excellent job! What a credit the employees are to this company polite , well mannered and got the job done! Which we like being a busy family home. We’ve seen some great results from the insulation its self house feels warmer heating doesn’t escape. Overall really pleased this is the first thing the housing have put into my property and it’s been a tidy and quick Job. Very helpfull and very happy with work

Don't trust this company unfortunately our local housing association are using these I've been left without heating twice now and they don't care. I'm still waiting for a phone call for them to fix it. In December I was left 4 days with no heating or hot water, absolutely rubbish
