Mixed review unfortunately up till my last visit the garage was performing really well saving me money on my clutch repair so decided to take car back when the engine management light came on.Used a friends diagnostic kit which came up with a knock sensor fault and v tech system fault.Garage said the fault meant I had a timing belt fault and would cost £589 to correct.Took advantage of courtesy car and expected a couple of days for repair.After a week of missed collection days due to not all parts being available I picked my car up and paid the balance.Only drove a couple of miles away until the management light reappeared.Returned to the garage and after another check the fault was the knock sensor which had been the original problem.Garage admitted to error and would repair at no cost.Two days later I collected car and all okay.My main gripe after all this is why do I have to wait two weeks for my deposit back on the courtesy car??
Will use Concorde again as this may have been just one of those things

Outstanding service, friendly and informative staff, booking in was a breeze, had front brake pads and discs replaced and rear drums stripped and cleaned all at very competitive price.
Down side there’s a huge warm viewing area, but No tea/coffee or vending machine facilities to ease the wait,

this is the place you should avoid at any cost. They are a bunch of lazy workers, waiting to rip you off for your job. I clearly mentioned that the issue is with spark plug and it need to be changed so that the engine warning lights will go off and the car will perform normally. They provided a quote for 30 GBP, thats why I choose them. Called them to make sure that I can do this with the appointment time and could drive back home. They agreed to this, but when I was at the workshop they refused to change the spark plug and asked me to do a full car service for 300 GBP (10 times more). They said they cant detect any issues with the computer check up (really ?) and cant do anything. The guy at the reception also denied the fact that he was the one I was talked to over the phone. They have no respect to customer's time and money. For them it seems ok to drive the car without working spark plug till the car get serviced ( probably they could change catalytic convertor with an extra bill). I had to rise my voice and then only they were ready to replace the spark plug (that too next day). When I come back home the invoice showed that they have only replaced 3 spark plugs and not 4, even I asked them to do so. I dont understand what they are thinking of themselves. Will I ever visit them... No way... If I could complain somewhere about the service I have received, I am happy to do it. I wont recommend this place. Avoid them at any cost. that is my advice. zero stars for them.

* I am updating the review as I have seen the comment below that it is a fake review. I have already provided job reference number etc. Now they are coming up with a counter argument. This is totally unacceptable and it shows again why we should move away from these type of scammers.
If I havn't given my correct name that means I don't want to share it in a public space. Providing the details of my car etc in a public space now you have violated the Data protection act. You should appologise or remove that comment immediately otherwise I am going to take it via court.
I am happy to provide more details to anyone (trust pilot or any customers) who want to know more about my experience. I have seen all the bad reviews you guys had by now (call them all fake... lol) please stop doing your business anymore that would be the best help you can provide to public. Thanks
SECOND UPDATE
If you think that you can share customer details and invoice in public place
and internet without any data protection (and without seeking permission from the customer) thats great. This clearly shows, how your firm deals with the customers. I haven't provided with an invoice straight away completing the jobs (though the money is being taken while booking the job) This is why i asked to record it in my car book. According to your workers " invoice will only send after 2 hours of closing the job in your computer. " To repeat I asked them to change all the spark plugs in my car . If your workers cant listen or understand clear instructions then train them. For your info: spark plug should cost only 3-5 pounds and who care about saving that money ? The service was totally horrible and you guys dont deserve any stars. I will avoid you guys at any cost and if I can I will advice everyone in my social circle and obviously through these review sites. Learn how to behave to customers. Go and see all the bad reviews you guys earned until now in google reviews and at other places. They all fake... lol....
