Got my order in two day. Mike would have to have a transporter to deliver it any faster. I usually buy from Mike because he has what I need at a better place than the home improvement centers. In the case of this order they didn't even have what I needed.

Great service/products, but a poor policy puts customers at risk!
Mike was the sales rep I worked with the entire time, and he was extremely helpful and professional. However, when I decided to place the order, he said that Confast had a policy of requiring in addition to my other information, my SSN, and was unwilling to let me place any orders without giving them my SSN. There is absolutely no good reason to require this, and considering the world we live in today, the risk of being required to divulge your SSN to simply place an order with a company is ridiculous. I would have happily given Confast 5 stars for everything if not for the how strongly I feel about this extremely poor policy. Others may not care about freely sharing their SSN when making online purchases, but I do.

Eric, please be assured that customers are NEVER expected to give a Social Security number for any transaction. You are correct that supplying this type of confidential information would be an unacceptable and and unnecessary part of a transaction.

Ordered 50 tap in anchors. Later realized shipping was only for the continental US. Tried to contact Mike to verify what was to be done then before I knew it the anchors were delivered to my door. What makes this great? I live in Hawaii and we always get nailed for shipping. Thank you Mike

Great service on first order
Ordered a box of Comfast screws and severral concrete drills for a project I'm doing. Selection was excellent and prices were amazing, especially compared to the same product with the Tapcon name. Order shipped quickly and arrived just several days after I placed it. Will order from Confast again, and will recommend them to others.
