Product needed for mantel installation on stone fireplace. Bolt length needed was not available locally. Confast had the bolts at reasonable price. Did need to buy a box of 10 but contractor can use on other projects. Communication from company was excellent. Delivery was speedy.

They maintain exceptionally high inventory levels of all their products having never been out of stock for us on a wide range of items. They seem to be able to fill any of our orders and ship that same day. They have a 100% fill rate for our orders going back several years. They have a can-do attitude, have outstanding product knowledge, have a wide variety of in-stock items that are special orders for other suppliers including Stainless Steel Tapcons, which should be code, for Pressure Treated lumber, preventing deck failures. Their prices are better than other suppliers especially when one considers cost of looking for material. The cost of procurement can exceed the cost of the product when dealing with other fastener suppliers. Outstanding company!

They were excellent. Called me to verify order. Good thing cause drill bit I ordered would have been the incorrect size for my anchor. Definitely will recommend and absolutely will use again for future projects.
