The return of the tire is the result of a return on your part, so the return costs are deducted from the refund. In your case for 1 tire the price is 25€ and not 60€.

No delivery, no information until I call
Make a order on 7th November für 4 all season wheels. Nothing heared about them until 23th of November. Mail is only possible if you have a direct order number, but isn‘t if you ordered over a co client like reifen.de.
So I make a call and the money is there, but they can‘t deliver the wheels. If I didn‘t call them, nearly 1000€ would be broke, without any information it something else.
