Purchased Car insurance through…

Purchased Car insurance through Confused com
Sent Confused com all the new policy details and they have sent me round in ongoing circles with no reward and no sign of Customer service to resolve it.
Won't be using in the future as there are plenty of other comparison sites.

Went to claim reward after setting up insurance through confused.com but it appears it only applies to customers who can access "apps". Very disappointed that I've ended up with no reward.

Our Rewards+ program is app exclusive to ensure a secure and seamless experience. Because of this, a mobile device is required to log in, view and use any earned rewards.

We understand not everyone has a smartphone. An alternative option is to use a tablet: Our app is fully compatible with most iPad and Android tablets. If you have access to a tablet, you can download the app and use it to manage and redeem your rewards.

At the moment, we’re unable to offer an alternative option if the Confused.com app can’t be downloaded, as access to the app is one of the requirements to claim the reward. This is outlined in our Terms and Conditions:

“4. To be able to claim The Offer, you must have access to the internet, a Confused.com account, and have downloaded and logged into the Confused.com app.”

We understand this may be a little frustrating, and we’re sorry for any disappointment caused. Hopefully, if you’re able to download the app in the future, you’ll be able to enjoy this and other rewards available through Confused.com.
