Very bad experience the site keep increasing prices everytime i change something and check again and i also forwards wrong information to the insurance provider i select and when i correct that information on providers page the price further goes up, my first min quote was 1100, then after some tries and testing with a few different option i ended up getting 1400 as minimum and when i corrected the infortmation it was up to 1500 that i emded up paying

Confused.com gets costumers by offering rewards which they don't offer on the end.
I was supposed to claim a £20 voucher which you need to claim within a certain time of using the website and you can only claim on the app, which means it forces you to install the app. On the weeks before the end of that period, the app had a fault and said we couldn't claim new vouchers. The app was fine a couple of days after the period had ended. I have contacted them twice about this issue and they don't get back to me. Last email I sent them was 13.03.2026 and their auto reply advised someone will be in touch in 5-7 days. I won't use them again as there are other similar sites who care about costumer experience.

Price shown on the confused site did not reflect that in the actual company web site even though no changes were made from the quote page

The site is very easy to use. After getting life insurance quotes on Confused.com, sales consultant Dominic followed up with clear, detailed, and professional advice. He patiently explained the options and answered my questions, and made the whole process easy to understand. Highly recommended!

Very easy to compare insurance quotes. All my details were there. When I chose a producer and clicked through to their site I didn’t have to enter it all again. Good price - saved £100 on my renewal quote. Only downside is that Confused doesn’t seem to recognise that I bought through them so I keep getting prompts to buy again. Frustrating.
