Really good product and company
Had an issue where my first parcel ended up being lost in transit by the delivery company, but Conka were really quick to respond and send out a replacement with a different delivery service.

Love this product
Love this product, using it as a bet to keep leaves out of a pond. Sturdy, also limits light a little so I’m hoping it helps reduce algae.

Great for a nosy Westie
My dog is safe in the driveway but he can still see what is happening which is very important for a nosy Westie. Great product.

Delivery was speedy and efficient. The product, ‘Algiclearpro’ is excellent. We have used it on badly stained paving and walls and the results have been impressive. This is our second purchase of the product.

Better off ordering some reclaimed lumber.
I'm surprised Conka has such good reviews(possibly it's just their planters that are abysmal).
I bought an 8x2 planter from them recently. It arrived in good time and was very well-packaged. However, the wood was damp, knotty, warped and green in places; so much so that it left damp patches where it was being assembled.
There were zero pre-drilled holes meaning I had to screw-in the screws manually (and buy new screwdrivers)and the wood was so poorly stored it would often crack when doing so.
I contacted customer service who assured me this was all totally normal!
It wouldn't be so bad if the product was cheaper and didn't mislead one into believing it was a proper planter kit rather than some damp cheap lumber with screws

The green marks you noticed are a normal result of the pressure treatment used to protect the wood from rot and decay. This residue can be brushed off, and while it may look unusual at first, it will fade naturally over time. Any initial staining is also part of the preservative process and is expected with outdoor timber products.
Our wood doesn't come with pre-drilled holes however, we will take your comments on board, and we're sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations. We hope we have been able to answer some of your issues in our response.

This was easy to put together and very good heavy quality wood. Heavy to move once complete, if you go for a large one, so this needs to be taken into consideration.
