Mis-sold Contract
Mis-sold Contract – Pushy Sales, Hidden Charges, No Accountability
We were misled into signing a contract for £11/month — this was clearly stated in writing. After the service started, we were charged nearly double due to hidden fees and excluded VAT that were never properly explained.
The sales tactics were extremely pushy, and when we raised concerns, the company denied all responsibility — despite having documented proof of the agreed price.
This has left us under financial pressure, and we're now having to take the matter further!
Beware of this company — they do not honour their agreements and offer no accountability when challenged.
18 months in to a jail sentence of a contract because of these guys! Avoid!

Callum listened to what we wanted and provided us with the best option at the best price (we did check with others). He didn't rush us or try to sell us anything else. He didn't fish for other contracts that we might have available. He provided the service that we were looking for and he did it with professionalism and skill.

The * rating is a reflection of the O2 network, not the Connection Technologies company. Unfortunately the business mobile service is proving to be unfit for purpose and well below expected standards of service. (Note: the author of this review is a professional Management Consultant specialising in telecommunications technology.)
Connection Technologies have been very proactive in trying to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the O2 service is so bad that it is having a detrimental impact on our business operations. Hopefully we can find a suitable solution soon.

Awful company
Awful company , appalling service
I would not consider waiting 20 months for a reply to a complaint to be good customer service. They managed to take my money unjustly for those 20 months too. I have run my own business in London for 30 years and struggle to recall dealing with a more dishonest company. The matter is now with our solicitors. I strongly advise against using this Company.
