Credit card confirmation
I greatly appreciated the email inquiry to confirm the transaction on a personal credit card which I had not used with Connection before.
There was an accidental issue that resulted in a duplicate charge on my card, but that was quickly resolved with a credit and an apology for the inconvenience.

I have been using Connection for 5 years and always get great service from my Connection representative Michael Stein. He is quick to get me a quote and or better price than my competitors for the same items. I can request a quote and have one to work with in minutes not hours or days so I can get the items I need priced, purchased and delivered in a timely manner. I trust Michael will get me the best price that he can offer. I never run into any issues with placing orders and receiving them in a timely manner. No bad experiences with this company and Michael

Big selection, easy approval, poor UX
Big selection but poor UI for choosing and comparing products, which made me feel like I wasted a lot of time. No reviews and bad product descriptions led me to Amazon to do my research. Approval process was smooth.
