Your company can't seem to send…
Your company can't seem to send invoices to the right mailbox, for the third time. Not sure why it's so hard to send the invoices to our accounting department.

Update: So they called me and fixed the issue. So hoing from one star to 5 star. I ordered Iphone 14 pro max 1tb on there website, Got confirmation email with the order number and they charged my amex card and now they canceled the ordered with no intention to work out anything. Spoke to customer service, Supervisor and VP of the sales department all were rude and did not care.

So many out-of-stock items
Trying to find device that was within my budget, had the hardware I needed and was in stock was pretty frustrating. The amount of out of stock devices made it really hard to choose a device. That being said, I explained my situation in the request and the machine was discounted to meet my budget. This was a really big win for me and my ability to get my work done on a capable machine. A big thanks to the Connection.com agent who took great care of me and helped me work this whole thing out.

Disappointment in New Management!
Several years ago I ordered many computers and the service was great. However when I got my new salesman,Jacob Ferreira, that's when the service went down.
I emailed him 3 weeks ago and never got a response. I then called the company and left a voicemail with him, and never got a return call. I called the company back and asked for his manager and left a message with him, and still no return call.
I do wish they had good people working for them still because they were very helpful at one time.
