Total failure. Will never use this company again. Delivery made to incorrect location and unsatisfactory resolution proposed. Emails ifnored and then unpleasant to deal with by phone. Wish I had seen all the negative reviews before placing an order.

Poor communication - extremely slow delivery

On order delivered quickly and well.
However, I live in the Netherlands so had to pay VAT when my package arrived at customs. While I also paid VAT when ordering at Connections At Home. They do not pay this VAT because it is an export product. I don't get an answer to my emails in which I ask to reclaim the overpaid VAT from them!
Always ordered in England, but this was before Brexit, so didn't know how this worked. Connections At Home should not have charged VAT as soon as you enter your address, just like other Webshops in England do, I've heard from other people!

Great products competitively priced although quite a long wait for delivery. Lost one star as delivery of one item was unannounced and I could have missed it as the email was received a day late.

Hassle free quality service and good product delivered as promised

Competitive pricing and precise adherence to promised delivery, with tracking information. The goods (In this case an Alessi kettle) arrived within the advertised delivery period and undamaged. The delivery period of 19 working days is longer than most online retailers, good job we had another kettle!

Great service from Phil! Really helpful advice, with a great range of items and really good knowledge of their suppliers. I accidently ordered the wrong size item which I'd opened quickly after delivery, so I called the driver (Phil again) who swung round and picked it up to take back to the shop - not easy on our one way system :) highly recommend.

The item I ordered had the best price I could readily find. The ordering process was straightforward, the item was sent very quickly and arrived quickly, I received all appropriate notifications. My item qualified for free shipping, the minimum to qualify for this was set at a reasonable threshold. A good UK vendor.

Really pleased with my Fermob Sixties chairs. They are in a discontinued colour. After some initial confusion about whether they were still in stock, Connections at Home confirmed they were available and sent them quickly. They look great and are very comfortable!
