Ordered nearly £1500 of items back in March. No order updates given, wasn’t informed if any items were out of stock or delayed, and emails for information ignored. Disappointed and miffed is a massive understatement After 10-12 weeks sought refund via PayPal.

Ordered £2200 garden furniture 28th April 2021, expected it to take a while given I have read that garden furniture is at the moment, Received no communication other than order acknowledgement.

Emailed to enquire about delivery date after 8 weeks, no reply.
Emailed again at 9 weeks, also left a message on voicemail - received no reply or call back
Emailed again at 10 weeks - no reply
Called at 13 weeks - through to voicemail again.

Contacted credit card company for a chargeback today, how can this appalling company still be in business?!

I have been trying to get a delivery date for the Alessi plisse kettle and toaster ! Kettle said in stock but still not arrived! Toaster said stock due August , snotty email when I questioned delivery date to say it was stated latter August ! . Email twice more to ask for a delivery date or a refund - no reply ?.. NOT happy

Absolutely fantastic company! Best prices for hard to find products. I ordered a toaster and on the website it said there was a 6 week wait, but I got it the next day! Will certainly be ordering again!

I placed an order on 2 July. Thereafter I received no updates, notification, anything. No indication that the order was being progressed, delayed, on its way maybe, just silence. So sent an email on Monday to chase and have still not got anything. Good thing I paid through PayPal and can raise a dispute - would have been more complicated and time-consuming if I paid them straight.

I placed order March 2021, order never arrived. I called once in April and was told order would arrive the following week, it never arrived. I have repeatedly called and emailed no response.

The watch arrived in record time, but the battery was dead.
It should be nice if you refunded me the cost of a new battery -- £11 ($15).

Awesome! Have 20 year old kitchen stools. No one in US has feet. CAH has them and gets them to me in New Jersey on Tuesday when I ordered on Saturday!
