Car was late 40 Minutes.I paid in advance for an airport-to-hotel transfer and purchased an add-on service where a driver would meet me at the airport holding a sign with my name. After landing, other passengers were being picked up, but no one was waiting for me. I received an email stating the car was delayed by 40 minutes. When I called, a rude woman threatened to cancel the transfer altogether. It was 10:00 PM; I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 11:00 PM, and the reception desk stopped operating at 11:00 PM. To this day, there has been no apology. I do not recommend them. They are scammers.
