Had a very early morning flight, booked a 4AM ride to the airport with this service and the rider never showed up. Spent 30min on the customer service help line and no one ever picked up. Nearly missed my international flight to Japan. Absolutely unacceptable, do not recommend. Better to just book an Uber in advance, way cheaper too. Never using this service again.

I booked my transfers as a return from Faro Airport into Albufeira and had issues both ways. We got off the plane and had no driver waiting for us. After almost 30 minutes we finally got someone on the phone and they told us we didn't have a driver and they would try to fix it for us. We got a driver in the end and if that was the only issue it would not be a big issue, however on our way back to the airport our transfer was booked for 11:15am. When it got to 11:25am and no driver had a arrived I got back on the phone to find out we had never been assigned a driver. I was left waiting until 12:40 for a driver to arrive and all the company representatives we're very rude through communication on the phone and over whatsapp. I would not ever book again with this unpleasant and unprofessional company .

On time and professional

Our flight was delayed and we were met with Kristijan. Once he drove out of the airport, he rudely said that it was 30€ per hour for the delay and how were we going to to be paying for this.
I explained that we were on the tarmac and that I had only received his WhatsApp messages upon landing so how could I have informed him beforehand. He then proceeded rudely to inform that he had spent two hours waiting for us and therefore losing business.
As a very frequent traveler, I pointed out that the flight number had been provided and any professional driver would track the flight in order to not waste their own time.
Still not being satisfied with this, he then called your customer service to complain about us - the lady on the receiving end was patient with listening to him but did not agree with his ranting. I understand enough of the language and was disgusted by his behaviour. Once the call was ended, he said “good news, the company will pay” which wasn’t what she said and I stated that I wasn’t going to pay anyway and that his attitude was disgusting. I bet he wouldn’t have behaved this way with locals.
Had he mentioned this additional fee from the outset, we wouldn’t have got into the car. To try and extract money from customers this way is appalling. He said if I hadn’t apologised for something that was completely out of my control - there would have been no charge. Therefore scamming customers out of money.

He is a disgrace to this company and if I hadn’t of pre- booked a return transfer with you, I wouldn’t have used again.

The two stars is because the driver who picked us up to return to the airport was on time and pleasant.

Watch out, scam experience!

Our driver just left without us, but we did not get our money back. Connecto Transfers replied with a standardized email and is ignoring our further mails. We will now let our lawyer work on this issue.

Excellent service. I was not sure while booking the the first trip from Dubrovnik Croatia to Herceg Novi Montenegro but i still tried to have a go. I didnt get the confirmation after booking so i called the customer service and they responded the first minute and got the confirmation direct afterwards. I have got a call before the pick up right in time from the Driver Mario, what an amazing person he is and a good conversation we had the whole way and a smooth journey towards the drop of point. I booked again the service from Herceg Novi towards Trebinje and got it booked wrong so called again the customer service and they made it correct within 2mins. This time their partner driver was an awesome lady Branka and again timely pick up while we had a long wait time on the border crossing but she had her patience all the way and remained positive and kind. Thanks again for the wonderful experience. Strongly recommend Connect to transfers.

WORST TRANSFER COMPANY EVER, if you want to get stranded in the middle of Italy at 4am with a driver that doesn’t show up with no way to contact the company, who then hours later tell you to lodge a complaint after they’ve taken your money then book with this company. Worst company and service I have ever experienced if I could give zero stars i would. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AND GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY

Simply the best price to get from zrce/novalja to zadar airport. Everything on time and correct. Also waited a bit when we were late without charging us extra.
