I was flight delayed 2,5 hours but they organize everything and wait us after midnight

Great service! Easy to book. Driver was very punctual. Best price I could find after comparing a few companies.

Every thing went well. Good communication and the driver was on time. The only negative thing was that he used his phone quite a bit during the ride. Typing and reading stuff. But very friendly and service minded.

Our driver Marco was brilliant. Flew into Dubrovnik and he contacted us on landing. Made the necessary arrangement due to the new EUROPEAN ENTRY SYSTEM being a bit hit and miss when it comes to how long it takes to get through the airport. Was there within a few mins of us getting through and by the time we got to Dubrovnik we were in the know, and ready to go. Good price great service for us.

Our driver was prompt and communicative. Even allowed us to stop at an ATM on our way. Thank you for a hassle-free experience!

Did NOT show up. AVOID! Customer service told me to find a taxi myself..

Only downside was felt driver was looking for a tip which I included at time of booking.

This company has charged me £94.21 for a journey that I did not confirm and never took. I have asked for a refund but their 'policy' makes no sense:

"Kindly note as per our cancellation policy, refunds are not issued without the payment of a cancellation fee, which applies in cases where no Cancellation Protection was selected or the cancellation occurred within the 3-hour window.

Unfortunately, since the cancellation was not covered by the policy terms for a refund, we are unable to process a refund for your booking."

This is an abuse and outrageous - I'm sure the company director, Ilija Jukić, would be ashamed if he knew what was happening.

We have used Connecto multiple times now and the service has always been fantastic. I recommend! We will definitely purely be using again

Brilliant reliable service

Unfortunately the lowest score I can give is one stare. Connecto Transfers deserves no stars.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this airport transfer company. I had pre-booked and paid for an airport transfer, yet the driver failed to arrive or make any attempt to contact me. This left me, as a woman travelling alone, stranded late in the evening in a foreign country. The situation was not only incredibly stressful but also raised genuine concerns for my personal safety.

To make matters worse, the advertised 24/7 customer support line was completely unresponsive when I tried to seek assistance. At the very time when support was most needed, there was no one available to help or provide any information.

Despite this significant service failure, I have received no explanation or apology as to why the driver did not attend or why there was no communication whatsoever. A company providing airport transfers has a fundamental responsibility to ensure passengers reach their destination safely or, at the very least, to communicate promptly if an issue arises. In this case, they failed on every level. Ina addition I have had no confirmation that my money will be refunded.

I would strongly advise others, particularly solo travellers, to think very carefully before relying on this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

No problems, journey was smooth and punctual. The complementary water and sweets were greatly appreciated. A photo of the pickup car for the return journey was sent to us prior to arrival so we were able to recognise it, a good idea. All in all a good experience.
