Very impressive surveyor

Very impressive surveyor, well mannered and polite. Done a very good job with minimal disruption. Would definitely give 5 stars for customer service.

The surveyor needs to calm down

The surveyor needs to calm down. The sun is even out and she's talking me down the phone like she's Joseph Stalin. You're not going to war - you're doing a 'survey' on a house. Relax.

Very professional

The gentleman who visited us today was very polite and courteous. He conducted himself in a very professional and friendly manner. He answered all queries we had and promptly completed his task. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

The process was very easy

The process was very easy. The surveyor was polite and friendly. They respected our space especially since we work from home and my wife was on a work call. They remained quiet and did what they needed to do swiftly as to not disturb her.
