As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

I did have difficulty using there site…
I did have difficulty using there site and paying so had to contact them direct it’s possible me but I found it difficult after contacting directly all went ok and the streamline clip on mic arrived on and perfectly packed however I’m disappointed with the mic it does not work in a noisy place the background noise is hardly removed unless the person using it is speaking directly into it it is of no use placing it a foot away on the table on a soft item but I do have 65 present hearing loss I feel I have waisted my money we are desperate to hold a conversation in a restaurant so try anything

I can see you purchased a directional StreamLine Microphone, which will only work if being worn by the person you wish to listen to. This microphone isn't omni-directional so will not work being placed on the table.

Ordering of Hearing Aid Spares
I had previously ordered hearing aid spares from Connevans but could not locate all the same reference details on their present website. As a result I forwarded my original details to their customer services department who promptly responded with the data I was seeking. The spares I then ordered where deliveded in a timely manner.

Exceptional alarm clock
Exceptional alarm clock. It is very clear, big face, well lit up, and makes an extremely loud noise, plus the vibrator under the pillow is amazing. The instructions on how to use to are also very clear. Good product, and prompt delivery. I am very pleased with it.

Overall a great service from this…
Overall a great service from this company, with an easy to navigate website and fast delivery of products. One slight hiccup on delivery was the missing email informing me about the tracking number for the package meaning someone had to be in most of the day.
The items were easy to setup, of good quality and work really well. My contact with Customer Services was good and can certainly recommend Connevans for anyone looking for products to help with hearing loss.

Fast efficient service
I simply needed a replacement Stretta ear hook urgently. The problem is identifying the correct item. The Connevans site provided good diagrams and compatibility lists to enable this. Ordering on line was straightforward, and payment and despatch were completed very quickly. The item arrived the following day.

Trouble with bank
I had great difficulty approving my payment. The bank of Scotland claimed Connevans did not meet the anti spam requirements. Only just managed to get approval in time by lengthy phone call to the bank. I finally spoke to a person and managed to persuade him that you were a genuine organisation. The product is good and it came quickly, but ordering it was stressful.
