Great service, goods arrived from overseas, were cleared by customs, great communication from Elizabeth at Conroy, everything went very smoothly, even the 2 lads who delivered the goods to our door were courteous and willing to help unload etc, I would recommend them to anyone. Well done to you all

Amazing company…
I used Conroy for international shipping, What an amazing company, The service was exceptional with clear communication. I was provided with a number of quotes, and a main contact person which was great. I received regular updates on my shipping and on arrival there was no damages to my belongings with is perfect. Thank you Conroys I would highly recommend them.

Having items delivered from the UK
Having items delivered from the UK, it was found that there was several items briken, where either they wer not packed correctly/and stacked.loade badly. Boxes with frgile on them them were squased and the item inside broken.

I could not fault my experience with Conroys, both in Napier for collection and in Brisbane for delivery. The packers and the delivery guy were efficient, experienced, friendly, and tidy. The timeframe for delivery exceeded my expectations and I was kept up to date with progress. I would highly recommend Conroys for removals.

Great clear communication from all Conroy employees
I booked for a 1928 car to be transported from Brisbane to Melbourne, within a Conroy 20' rail container.
I personally delivered the car to Conroy Brisbane and found all staff extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
Would thoroughly recommend Conroy for logistics.

I have now used Conroy Removals on two…
I have now used Conroy Removals on two occasions. Shipping my goods from overseas to Brisbane in January 2025 and back to the UK in September 2025. From start of process, eg Katerina coming to the property to do an inventory, then for one particular gentleman who came to do the wrapping and packing. I forgot his name, but he displayed a very professional attitude in his work. Then lastly the lads who turned up to pick up the furniture were first class also. So quick,and everything went smoothly. Door to door, frequent updates. Everything went smoothly. Some invoices for customs etc... that I wasn't aware of which delayed delivery by a little bit, but overall great !

The Townsville crew were outstanding and extremely friendly and helpful. We were impressed how efficient and careful they were loading our possessions. Would definitely recommend them. This is the second time we have used them and that’s why we employed them again.

Service was unmatched
We are beyond greatful for the teams we dealt with getting our belongings from NZ to Melbourne. We were informed of every step along the way, communication was prompt. The Taranaki team were very informative with the process and tips and tricks to ensure the process would be as smooth as possible especially being so close to Christmas. Those that we dealt with were professional caring and took care when loading and unloading our stuff.
We had our stuff around 13 weeks later from uplift. The team came to the party very quickly from inspection to uplift which was one week. Highly recommend Conroy over other companies, their professionalism was unmatched. Huge shout out to the Taranaki team 🥰
