I second all the comments warning not to buy from this company. I ordered 2 months ago from a FB ad (my fault, I know), and for the first month was getting "tracking" emails every so often (supposedly the product was coming from Spain). Then they stopped after the product said it was in Little Rock. After another month I emailed them and while they do reply, they give me a "new" tracking number (from some unheard of tracking site) every time saying it was delivered. It most certainly was not. Not here, not with any of my neighbors, not with my local post office. I was clearly scammed out of $72.44 so now I can only try to warn everyone else NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I purchased this handy tool two weeks ago and the wait was definitely worth it! Given its high quality, the price point is fantastic. It's affordable enough, yet does a great job. If you need a helpful kitchen tool, this is for you!

Just got this handy tool. Love its ergonomic design and vibrant color. The grip is superb and it doesn't strain my hands. Opening jars has become a breeze now. Reading its many functions is intriguing. Highly impressed!

Unhappy with the item received, would not give me a return address even though I asked four times. Would only offer me 5USD compensation, What a rip off, will never use this company again.

Like so many others here I ordered the tissue boxes. I placed my order on 12/5/2023 and paid $8.99 for expedited shipping. The items arrived on 1/18/2024. I emailed customer service requesting to be refunded the expedited shipping fee and encountered what I’d call “weaponized incompetence,” in that THREE TIMES their service agent responded without addressing my issue. The last two times they said they couldn’t refund “shipping insurance.” (I did pay $1.20 for insurance and did not ask for that back.) In their fourth response to me they said I needed to contact the seller—and gave me a broken link to do so.

Seems to me that they’re padding sales by charging that expedited shipping fee with no intention of expediting anything. So if you have 6 weeks before you need your items, go for it. Don’t pay for expedited shipping or expect to get your things in less than a month.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a set of tissue boxes and am still waiting, one month later. They send periodic emails to say my package is in transit, but no real progress has been made toward getting it here and the tracking info provided appears bogus. Last notice said my package is in Alice Springs, in the middle of the Australian outback! If it doesn't arrive within a week, I am going to report them as a scam to my bank and cancel my card payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!

I spent over $200 on 10 different items from a Black Friday sale. Nothing arrived until after Christmas first off.

And then and one item arrived completely smashed and many others were clear knock offs of the stolen pictures the company used. Their ceramic vases were not ceramic, they were plastic. Their glass suncatchers were not glass they were painted metal.

It is now February 8th and I have had over 20 correspondences with their supposed customer service. Who has yet to offer me the return shipping address to return anything. All they were offering me is $10. $10 off of $200 of junk I want to return.

They're impossible and they do not care and they do not honor their return policy stated on their website.

These fit my daughter perfect and they are very beautiful shoes! Good for many occasions such as weddings, balls and church.

My son is pretty pro when it comes to destroying pants and shoes. He is 10 and so far I have had to replace his shoes for damage not because he has out grown them. I bought these a few months ago for him and they are still going strong he might actually out grow them this time!

Tissue boxes never delivered, fake tracking emails like everyone else here. Wish I saw these other reviews before Xmas. Good news was credit card company seems to be aware, so the dispute went quickly.

It arrived folded which means it didn’t want to stand up right. The inside is made of a foamy fabric and the outside is cloth. So I wet it and filled it towels while it dried. This gave it a nice worn wrinkled look while making it stable to stand on my head.

Ordered 2 tissue boxes. Never received. Tracking order is fake. I was scammed.

I purchased the 'Flying Skirt Tissue Box' from this company and still have not received. Their customer service stated that I would need to pay for another product to be sent to me. The reason stated was that my address was incorrect. I checked my order and found that all of the delivery information WAS correct. This is an absolute scam and I would not recommend buying any products from this company. Buyer beware.

SCAM Just contacted my credit card company to dispute charges for tissue box that was never received.
The shipping emails are also a SCAM.

If I could post negative stars I would. Same experience as everyone else on here. The product never arrives and there is no customer service department to speak of. It is very frustrating as you continue to receive shipping updates but nothing ever comes. When you post negative reviews of the items on their website, they immediately get cleared off. Do not order from this company!

Ordered 4 "flying tissue boxes" tracked order for past month. Has not arrived, reached out via order and tracking # says "page does not exist 404 Error code." sent a note to consequentlly, said to contact the seller...they are the seller! SO disappointed, reaching out to ccard co to recoup $.

5 weeks NO product . Can not breach the automated customer service run a round. SCAM!! SCAM!
Ordered SIX tissue boxes. Can get NO information. Bogus customs talk - SCAM!
Pursue dispute immediately with your credit card companies people!!

All the five star reviews on here are from china bots.
Charged me almost double from my card.

Don’t have a direct pic of the shoes but she loved them. Walking in heels all day for her concert made her feet hurt of course but she loved to dress up and look cute. I got a half size to big but they look good on her
