Everything was installed in a very efficient and friendly manner. The conservatory was left very clean and there is a noticeable difference to maintaining heat in the room.

But What makes our conservatory system special…
Our insulation foil has a negative carbon footprint and is made from a high volume of recycled materials meaning you don’t have to break the bank, or the environment.
Other “aluminium” quilts are just a plastic cover painted silver. Our pure aluminium outer layer is heat bonded to the core meaning that it WON’T fade over time.

Friendly and professional service -First Class
Whole experience from first contact to completion of work (by extremely efficient and tidy installers) went without a hitch. The end result looks good and hopefully - only time will tell but we have no reason to doubt it - the conservatory will be more comfortable all year round.

The same goes for the opposite temperature of a cool morning of not being so cold that you don't want to step foot inside. I had hoped for a stronger contrast but it's an improvement

Good choice
The fitters arrived, having driven for maybe 4 hours, and got down to the installation right away. It was 30 degrees. outside and probably 40 inside the conservatory. It took 8 hours to install punctuated by many ice cold drinks which I gave to them. They worked tirelessly and afterwards left a minimal amount of debris from sawing the materials.
The following day the temperature reached 30 again with the inside temperature to match, brilliant.
My grandkids are grateful that they can use their screens without the reflection of the polycarbonate roof.
The sound of rain on the roof is definitely muffled making it seem cosier and the finish of the installation is tidy with close attention to detail.
I have yet to experience the affect of the insulation in cold weather but I suspect that it is going to be a good experience, watch this space.
Conservseandsave had good technical introduction to the product with a minimal of follow up calls, so no hassle.

From a hot sauna into a usable room in 1 day
I was impressed with this company and the product. I have to admit, I was somewhat sceptical. I have a very large south-west facing conservatory and it was SO hot, in summer it was totally unusable on so many days and the glare was something else, too, so no work on a laptop even on a cooler day.
I had other quotes from other people that came in 3x times more expensive - which I rejected. A friend recommended Conservandsave and I called them out to quote. I was impressed with Sarah who came in to explain the product, no pressure, no sharp sales tactics, only total confidence in the product that was so clear to see, I was persuaded.
So glad I did - the day after the installation I had a conservatory that was usable. Yes, it still gets warm on very hot days. But not to the point of feeling like you are cooking inside which makes you want to run out of that space asap. I dont think anything will stop that fully - I will get new blinds and probably add light-reflecting film next year, with 12 windows to deal with, there is a lot of light still going through. Overall, I now have a usable room, less noise from the rain, and definitely no glare. Happy.
There were plastic shavings out in the garden left after the installation which was a pain. I had to hoover the patio, just so you know. I think that putting some sheets down when they did the cutting would have reduced the micro plastic pollution. I get that it is tricky out in the open especially if windy, but there must be some sort of way to improve on the plastics left behind.

My experience with this company was at best disappointing. The guy who came to give us a quote was a very nice chap and came over as knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a quote of £2,500 but did not hear from him again, even though he was due to send a written quote that we never received. We got in touch with the company and had a very nice lady explain that the work we were wanting ( conservatory insulation) was not possible without replacing the whole roof. She gave me a quote of about £4,000 for all the work, she then rang back the following day to say that it would be £4,800, far to much for us. Such a shame.

Positive outcomes
I am glad I had the roof insulation installed. It was unfortunate we had the heatwave after the insulation and I needed to use a fan to keep the conservatory cooler but I am pleased with the results good workmanship. Now could use the conservatory most of the time

Best improvement to my house

The conservatory is used all the time now, l can’t believe how much the heat has been cut down. If it keeps the room warmer in the winter it will be win - win.
