I loved the response time and service I was provided by Chris. I phoned in on Friday evening explaining that my PS4 had stopped working and I was booked in for the next day for an 11:00am appointment. I come and dropped by PS4 just before 11 the next day and by 12:00 it fixed and ready to be collected. Will use his services again if required.

Got a little lost at first and couldn't find the place but once I rang and was given directions I found it.
Was very impressed with his knowledge of the product and his effeciency , he told it would take a hour and half but after a hour he called to say it was done . Just took it back home and it works perfectly fine. Would highly recommend to anyone . 5star! Thank you for your help.

Gaming has been my main hobby for all of my life. My PS4 is used daily by myself and my son not just to game but to watch videos, surf the web and play blu rays. Imagine my horror when I accidentally stood on the HDMI lead and the screen went black. I panicked and tried to perform a bodge which failed miserably.

The morning after I phoned Chris. The price and turnaround time for the work was unmatched. I booked an appointment for the repair and I just knew I made the right choice.

Unfortunatley due to my attempted 'repair' the console was more damaged than first thought. This was no problem for Chris however and he had my console up and running within 24 hours. Even though there was more work for him the price for the work was the same!

I have learnt a big lesson. Never attempt a repair yourself. As soon as it goes wrong phone these guys.

We had an issue with our PS4 randomly ejecting disks. What was great about Chris was that from his site you could easily identify the problem with your console and you knew the cost of the repair beforehand, which was very helpful.

We gave Chris a visit today (06/04/2016) and he was able to sort out the PS4. The turnaround time was fantastic. Chris was really friendly and welcoming. The 6 months guarantee you get for your repair just gives you that added peace of mind. Excellent, friendly and helpful service from Chris. Phoned Chris at 11:45 on Tue 29 March and booked my X Box One console in for 17:30 repair slot. Had a bit of lunch in town and dropped the console into him around 16:00. At approx 18:00 had a phone call to say the repair was done and ready for collection. The Black Screen of Death was not the problem we thought, it was a corruption to the power supply. Fantastic service and super quick turnaround time. I know where to come in future for any gaming system repairs.

My xbox one was not working properly as a grinding noise would be the result of pressing the eject button and my disc was stuck inside the console. A couple of emails later i was booked in and my console was fixed within an hour of me dropping it off. Would highly recommend if your console is broken and you don't want to buy a new one. An easy 5 stars from me.

My PS4 stopped working. No power at all, they fit me in with an hours notice, and had it back to me an hour later. £60 with a 6 month warranty. Will recommend to everyone!

My PS4 was having an issue where it was randomly ejecting discs from the console. If the console had no disc and was switched off then it was randomly make a 3 tone beeping noise. I looked around and followed Sony's repair instructions which did not rectify problem. sending for service would tIe up to 3 weeks! Contaced Chris after a few local google searches and what can I say... I was amazed and delighted that he could book me an appointment the day after I called, diagnosed the problem and repaired it all within an hour! Would highly recommend.

My PS4 had a broken hdmi port. And it got repaired quickly at a good price.
It took an hour and a half to fix, after multiple stores quoted me twice the price and said it would take multiple days. Very friendly and very pleased with the results. Highly recommend to anyone.

I emailed Chris regarding a faulty laser in my PS4. He replied almost immediately and arranged an appointment the following day. I left the console with him and 1 hour later it was repaired. Sony offer the same service at roughly 3 times the price, and with only a 3-month guarantee on the repair - Game Console Repair Centre UK repair came with a 6-month guarantee. If there are any faults with my console in the future, I'll be returning here to get them fixed.

Took my ps4 to be fixed as hdmi port broke called him at 2 pm took it down for half 4 was fixed by 6 professional service will use again fast and doesn't try rip you off like other places

My son managed to get a piece of plastic stuck in the blue ray drive of our PS4. I found the website and spoke to Chris, who was friendly and knowledgable. The PS4 was booked in, and on the day was repaired within an hour, while I went and had some lunch... I would recommend the service to anyone.

A week ago my sons PS3 (60gb version) developed the dreaded YLOD, basically system will not start and i didn't want to throw away a once reliable system. I went online looking for help and spotted this company and was happy to find that the console could be repaired and price is better than anyone else i see available. 29.7.2016 Update.
Sadly i always feared this could be a possibility and today i brought the PS3 back to Chris in hope he could try breathing life into the console again, also rescue the DVD stuck in the drive too!
Sadly once again the GPU was the cause but this time despite his best efforts it was not possible to get the PS3 operational again, not to worry as i did expect this as a possibility.
Yet again i highly recommend anyone with console issues please get in contact with Chris and i'm sure he will do his very best to help, once again 5 stars!

After dealing with the mess that was Sony customer services, this was quick, realiable and great service. Easy to find and my PS4 was back up around running within no time.

I rang Chris on Friday explaining my issue with my Xbox One and he booked me in the day after. I dropped off my Xbox, went shopping round the bullring and within the hour Chris had fixed the problem, the hard drive had broken. I believe £70 is fantastic value for a replacement hard drive, a turn around time of an hour and for Chris' labor. Also, you get a 6 month guarantee just in case anything goes wrong again. Finally, Chris was a friendly polite man who was a pleasure to deal with.

The website is really easy to use and guides you through to the most common issues that each console suffers from, giving you a fixed cost for the work. It was simple to book a repair slot within a couple of days and the work was carried out in exactly the time given.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them again.

Xbox one hard drive went on me...made an appointment with Chris and no sooner had we finished our drink in Starbucks we got the call to say it was all fixed.
