Booked an appointment a day before, as my 5 year old stuffed many discs inside the PS4.

As soon as I entered the workshop it was an impressive sight, in that Chris obviously knows what he is doing to have so many clients.

Anyhow, the job was turned round in 90 mins as I went for a stroll round the city.

Great chap, service and price. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Easy to find the actual building but a bit harder to find the rear lift (not his fault. Bad signposting from building planners)
Once found he was very friendly and also professional. I knew already what the problem was as was plain to see so he was able to give a price straight away.
He told me approx an hour and a half and was prompt and called me to say the console was repaired in an hour and thirty six minutes.
He took the time to explain his warranty on the repair and give us advice to stop any further repeat problems with this common problem with ps4.
Would strongly recommend him as the price was very good and such a professional service.

This is the 2nd time I've used the GCRC , 1st for my PS3 Slim and now for my PS3 fat. Both time I have had exceptional service from Chris. He gives them a thorough check and clean, is very efficient and repairs are quick and by appointment. Its not often you get service like this today , brilliant service Chris.

Really happy with the service I had received and he had even replaced the port with an improved port which would stand up more than the previous.

Really pleased with the work I had done on my sons ps4 that wasn't reading the games disks . It was fixed in under a hour and half and for the great cost of £49.95 ! (PlayStation wanted £125 with only a 3 month guarantee ) this way I saved £75 and got a 6 months guarantee . I Would definitely use this service again :)

The lightening took out my PS4 and I was left with the dreaded blue light of death... I called Chris and dropped the PS4 off on Saturday morning. I couldn't wait around so arranged to pick it up on Monday after work. At 3pm on Monday Chris called to let me know he had fixed the PS4 by replacing the blown power unit. Fantastic service... :)

Took my Xbox One in for laser replacement on Thursday. Got a call back and collected it within 2 hours and it worked like a dream. Thanks Chris, top bloke!! 10/10

Fast and friendly service. Good price. Highly recomended. Xbox one stuck on loading screen. Fixed in 1 hour. Microsoft wanted 6 weeks and £100 to fix. Dont waste your money with then. This service is far better and comes with a 6 month warrenty.

My sons X box failed to load and the screen went black. Contacted Chris and arranged an appointment for the following day 12.30 pm (24 sept). I delivered the X box the day before as this was easier for myself. Chris then explained what could be the problem and the cost to repair. I received a call the following morning informing me that the X box was repaired and ready to collect. Excellent customer service, a real nice bloke, reasonable costs and fast repair service.

My ps4 would turn on the off 10mins later... I call him up and told him the problem, he knew the solution straight away and I was shocked! Then I was booked in the next day and it was repaired within 1 and a half hours. It works well and fine! I would recommend this company to anyone!! Thanks!!!

Fantastic service. Contacted Chris on a Friday night as my sons Xbox had stopped loading discs and was making a grinding sound. He came straight back before he opened on the Saturday and booked us in for later in the day. This was perfect given we had a long journey to reach him. Xbox was repaired and tested an hour after our appointment and ready for us to collect. Discs now load instantly and first time. My son is over the moon as its like having a new Xbox. Would definitely recommend Chris, great service, much cheaper than Microsoft and all done within a day.

I had a problem with my xbox not accepting discs. Chris was super helpful and booked me in for that weekend. The fix was done in an hour and he called to say he was done and it was able to be picked up. My xbox was as good as new, he had even cleaned all the dust out of it and it looked box fresh. Highly recommend him if you need console repairs.

Fantastic service from Chris. Rang him late Friday afternoon regarding hdmi port on ps4. Book in for next day and repaired within 1.5 hours !! Top man and fantastic price and service. Would definitely use again !

Broke my HDMI port on my ps4, phoned him up at half 4, got me booked in for half 5, gave easy to understand directions to find him, got it fixed within an hour and a half, with great customer service and a friendly attitude. Explained why it broke and how to prevent it. will definitely use again. Cheers mate! :)

Suspected a broken HDMI port on my PS4 so I phoned up at 11am,booked in same day for 3.30pm(could've been even earlier),I was in a bit of a panic and Chris showed nothing but patience with me over the phone really kept his cool with a panicking babbling buffoon like me and on instant observation in person, the problem was detected as a broken HDMI port and and I was given a 1 hour estimate for it to be fixed;on further(fast) inspection I got a call to say my Blu Ray drive was slightly bost(I knew it wasn't at 100% anyway)and could be repaired for £50 but was told if there's more than 1 issue on the same singular console it'd be half price(happy days,you won't get that anywhere else). Gave a cheeky call by 17:20 to ask when it'd be done and was told just 10 minutes-unbelievably fast service,I have already spread the word of this great service to my friends and I will definitely be using it again should there be any issues with my PS4 again-(You also get a 6 month guarantee included)-(you won't get that anywhere else). 10 out of 10
